Kraft Hotel

I liked the location. It took us just 40 minutes to reach a beautiful spot where you can see the tower. We walked along a charming street lined with coffee shops, stores, and boutiques. We didn't even feel the 40-minute walk. The hotel has a very beautiful interior, a delicious and filling breakfast, the cheeses were excellent, and so were the pastries! The staff makes great coffee and greets you with a smile.

Location perfect - for expo especially and lots of cafes etc to grab what you need on the go. Quiet / boutique, helpful local staff and breakfast great

The quality of everything surprised me. The longer I paid attention to the details, the more I enjoyed my stay, for example, the light switch, the hangers, the furniture, the tiles, the carpet, the butter, the pastries… Feels like they really take pride in their hotel.The shower, the bed, the pillows, the room heating, made coming back after a long busy day feel like a proper recharge Breakfast was delicious (I’m glad I got a breakfast included option, usually I don’t do that as I find them disappointing), staff very attentive, location close to the metro station and tram stop. Quiet area, I felt safe as a solo traveller.

The lift size and smell give the hotel the wrong first impression. After that everything was perfect. (My last day room neighbours were a nightmare, though. I could smell their various cigarettes coming to my room). Probably the room would feel too small if coming as a couple

The breakfast was good

This hotel wasn’t a four star hotel, it didn’t have a hygiene kit, gym and many other factors for the four star hotel. The room was super small, you could be in the room by one person not a couple. The room was cold on our last night of stay we found the room warm.

The person who worked at front desk name KJ was so polite and very helpful! Breakfast was really good!

It was beautiful and very cozy, facilities were all new or well maintained. Coffee is good compared to what is available in the vicinity.

It was a bit cold in the room, heating took a while to warm up.

I was their working and sleeping alone. Everything was very good especially for the price of the hotel.

Noice from the streets.

The property itself was very nice - the design and interiors, both in the common areas and rooms were stellar. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and cosy and bedding and towels comfortable. A nice selection available for breakfast including coffee made to order. !

I wouldn’t recommend the location if visiting Paris for sights or shopping as majority of these are a minimum 30 metro away (to no fault of the hotel). Younger staff at reception were friendly and attentive however the older male at reception was quite rude and dismissive even though my room was not ready when checking in at 4pm and when picking up my bags after the hotel stored them for a few hours.

Perfect location to the Expo center. Super friendly personnel. Comfortable room with a open you can open :)

Lack of coffee machine in the room but it is just my thing :)

Spacious room, comfortable bed, decent sized bathroom, and great breakfast! They had live egg station and fresh coffee made instead of just from a machine. The location was perfect. Not at the main city centre but quiet and had metro and bus stops outside the hotel’s entrance.

Very clean, friendly staff, and very close to Metro station, Tram, and Bus station.

There was sewer maintenance on Main Street, which caused a strong ammonia smell to reach the bathroom early in the morning.

The staff was very nice. Bathroom is quite big for a room in Paris. The lobby is well decorated, with a nice atmosphere. Bed was comfortable. Location is perfect for Parc des expositions

The window is not well isolated at all! Maybe only in room 406. In addition, a noise was running all the time. Curtains retains a bit, but it’s not enough. Desk in the room is very small, not big enough to work. TV is very small too. Breakfast was average.

It is a simple hotel but it is ok just to sleep and walk around Paris. The room it was ok, as the restroom too, however it was really small. I liked the breakfast and they give you a bootle of water every single day. It is very closed to the subway station which helped me to get anywhere.

The room was very small. So if you are in a couple, you must need to know that maybe it will be tough to keep 2 big lugagges. Even the hotel being very closed to the subway station, it is very far from the Paris center.

No mini fridge in the roomExtremely expensive for what it isThey had rooms available upon my arrival at 10AM but they wanted to charge me 80EUR for an early check in. I waited there and only got the room at 2PM, knowing that the room was available.

The room looked exactly as as shown on the website. I appreciated a lot the warm decor as it felt like being at home. It was cozy, quiet, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, far better from the standard hotel options. Every little detail has been thought of and it was a pity that it was only at the end of our stay that we noticed the list of suggested restaurants around the area. We'll definitely come back!

Loved the Hotel and the room. Can highly recommend and extended my stay twice.

The only Bad thing was the Shampoo. Had the feeling I was washing my hair with soap.
