The bed was well made

The room was very poorly lit. After a shower the water remained standing for hours. Poor drainage

very good hotel for that prize. tw metro stations are close. recomend

no meat at the breakfast

The rooms were very pretty and the staff was friendly.

Wifi signal did not get to the rooms, location was kind of far but there was a metro station nearby. Not enough plugs throughout the room, safe didn¿t work and never got fixed. Moreover, we requested a shower curtain but it was never installed.

Public transportation was close to the hotel.

The hotel was a max 1 star. VERY DIRTY HOTEL. A/C did not work. I reserved for two beds they asked me to pay extra 90 Euros and then paid extra 44 Euros. Airport shuttle bus was not free plus it was for one way, they charged us 54 Euro. They are cheats.

The room is very small. The staff is not professional and annoying: The morning when we almost on the uber car we ordered to the airport, the staff approached us suddenly and asked us to pay EURO 4.96 city tax (10 minutes ago I already paid EURO 2.47).

Private circumstance met!, perfect service mind of staff.

Long stay may face to the boring breakfast (completely same). No air condition work for hot period.

Shower had good water pressure and always clean towels.

Barking dog in room next door. Extremely hard uncomfortable bed. Location was close to a school and you could hear school children playing recess in the mornings.

It was very quiet around the hotel and very close to the train station.

Great location. Staff was excellent.

Good location. Decent bedroom. Good bathroom with clean towels. Coffee machine. Room at the back so nice and peaceful.

Breakfast plates weren’t taken away at all once we had eaten - they just piled up on the table. Breakfast food was good but wasn’t replenished quickly

it was a nice cosy room, clean and quite. The place very close to metro. Everything were more than fine.

There were nothing i didnt like about this apartment.

It's super easy to get to, very close to a metro station and the staff is super kind and attentive. Very nice facilities and all amenities.

Wifi was a bit spoty in the room but the rest of it was real nice.

Very nice hotel, room, breakfast, location, staff is very kind and helpfull, especially lady named Ada.A place where we definetly would come back and would reccomend everyone!

Reception staff were very helpful with our queries and treated us well.

1. Bath Tub water was not draining after taking a bath. 2. When we took a shower in the shower cubicle water splash all over the floor even though it was covered by the shower curtain.3. House keeping hadn’t kept Coffee Pods on our 1st night 3. We requested a twin beds and the request was approved but not done when we got there only next they made it4. Breakfast spread was absolutely rubbish and not worth for what we paid

This is a very comfortable hotel, we slept so well and loved the coffee machine in the room and the deep bath. The staff were lovely and spoke excellent English.

The purple decor is not to my taste but fine. The bathroom was a little tired, nice decor but some of the taps looked like they needed replacing etc Nothing that we minded much at all but also probably expected a larger room and better facilities for a 4 star.
