Price and it served my purposes during this trip

Two promised factors were missing: 1. Elevator was out of service during the entire stay 2. Was supposed to include breakfast but none was available and no price adjustment was made

I was first directed to a room and there was a horrible smell coming out of the bathroom. I promptly returned to the front desk and told them there was "no way" I could stay in that room. They gave me a second room that was odor free and I occupied th

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good and complete. Location is very good as there are multiple stations within a 10 minute walk that can quickly take you to the centre and very close supermarkets.

If you can afford to pay a bit more, do not book this hotel because you will only get about 3-4hrs max of silence at night to sleep (you can hear everything from the rooms next door and the indoor hallway, with other guests constantly banging doors and other things all night long - not sure why!), which will leave you totally broken the next day to visit Paris, hence defeating the purpose of the trip. Hostels with bunk beds are even more quiet than this...

It was very clean, had lots of towels, the staff was friendly (one of them speaks Portuguese) and just genuinely safe for women traveling solo (the neighborhood also feels safe).

The way it was clean and so silent and relaxing. When I wanted to extend my days had full support from the manager who is an amazing women.

Lift out if order and I was in the 6th floor!! Room a little bit grey. Light also not working and whilst there was a kettle there was no mug or tea/coffee

The location is fantastic, very close to the metro station. On the way to that, there are at least two urban-versions of large grocery-store chains (Lidl and Carrefour), which was good for my wallet, as well as quite a few cafes and street-food venues. I picked up the breakfast option on-site and glad that I did, they offer plenty of options and the breakfast room is very nice.The hotel staff was super-helpful, and I also liked the design of the room -- compact, but still comfortable.

The infrastructure didn’t work well at first. But the staff took care of it for me.

Room was very very small, very noisy at nighttime and the bathroom had a bad smell to it

Great Location, clean and comfy beds. We arrived after 11:30pm and they still were there accomodating us.

Didnt like that the toilet - bathroom is exactly next to the bed. its very tight. not all rooms are like that though because our friend's room (quadriple) was better and spacious. they had an upgrade hehe

The room was extremely small, specially the bathroom. Barely any space to move. And the worst part was that it smelled SO BAD, the whole time; even after we told the staff and they “supposedly” did something.

Small room with poor bathroom and paper thin walls that allow every external noise through (and there was a lot of that till late on the first night, including probably from the hotel's linen wash, judging by the washing machine noise).One of (relief?) breakfast lady thought it was absolutely forbidden to have a second croissant at the buffet breakfast...???!!! Irrespective of what else one wasn't having!!
