Parking, room, breakfast

On the new, fast 14 metro line that gets you through the middle of Paris quickly. Excellent breakfast. Nice bar area. Quiet street.

The air-conditioning was noisy. They did fix it somewhat but it did disturb my sleep. Bathroom is very basic.

No refrigerator and no ironing

Location is great.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast was running out of everything by 10am (juices, bread, pastries, fruits, ham, cheese and more) and barely replenished. You can leave your bag before checking in but room is not secured.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, and it's very convenient. It's within 5-min walking distance from the Cour St Emillion metro station and the Berry Village with various food options.

The room is quite small. But that's probably normal in Paris. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about.

The minimalist approach that results in saving money. Security is also great. The proximity to the underground, bus stops and various food locations are all perfect, including two small groceries stores.

Seeing how you're renting such a small space perhaps the tea/coffee setup can be by request.

The Staff was very helpful and friendly.

There was no hot water in the morning.

Comfy beds, friendly staff and showers were amazing!

Staff were loudly cleaning outside the bedroom door when we were treating ourselves to a holiday lay in.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this hotel which is well situated to explore Paris. We had a minor issue with the safe in our room which was sorted straight away by their very nice repair guy. The room was overall comfortable and clean. We recommend using the Batobus - which lands at the Jardin de Plantes nearby - for accessing the centre.

This is central Paris, so space is at a premium. We stayed twice. Our first room was very small - you could probably turn off the lights and be in bed before it got dark! The second - a twin - was more spacious. The lack of an opening window meant it was a bit warm for me on our first stay, but on our second we did have the opportunity to get some real fresh air for most of the time and it was consequently way better.

The staffs are really nice and welcoming. The hotel is located really close to the metro.

We can hear the noise of the corridor all the time.

Nice breakfast but a bit of boiled rice for asian guests would have been nice.

Highly disappointing despite the high cost for one night.

It didn’t match the expectations and images from the internet. One of the beds was very uncomfortable and should not have been used at all.

The location is perfect for the public transportation and nearby supermarket and restaurants.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from the Metro station which provides easy travel for sightseeing in Paris.There were also a lot of restaurants and shops just around the corner and we always felt safe when going out for dinner etc.

The convenient location to the whole of Paris via the Metro. The breakfast was great. Hot and cold menu as well as cereals and a variety of breads. The pastries were delightful as well as a choice of coffees and hot drinks. Fabulous. Stay
