The location was perfect. Very close to several metro stops and Ecole Militaire. I needed a safe room for sleeping during solo travel and this met my needs perfectly. Staff were helpful, . Breakfast was good too.

Small boutique type of hotel, 24 hour bar
SUPER small room! Walls are thin. Please make sure there is a VISIBLE sign as to the "unofficial mini bar"
Room and bath were remodeled, new and comfortable. Hotel is located in a very quiet, mostly residential, area yet it was only about 30 yards from a metro station. Two restaurants and a grocery store within two blocks. Staff spoke english very well.
The website says the hotel is only 5 or 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. It's actually a 25 minute, 1.0 mile walk. It is a very pleasant walk though, along mostly a large, tree lined, boulevard at first then ends going through a park.

The staff were great. The location was really good.
The room's heat and hot water were a bit lacking for February. Also, the wifi didn't work very well on the higher floors. On the 5th floor, it didn't work at all.
The location is excellent, close to markets, restaurants and the metro. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower.
The only problem I had was that I asked the night clerk to book a cab for an early departure. He told me that I could not add the fare to my room and had to pay cash. Well, the cab driver had no change and said it should have been charged to the room.
