Strange elevator, room wasn’t nice

Location from trains stations, between two different lines.Bed was comfortable.AC worked and was quiet enough to get a good night sleep.

Room was a little larger then the bed itself. Very tight when you add 3 suitcases.Washroom was also very small. Shower a little larger then 1 person, don't drop anything, otherwise you have trouble bending down to pick it up. Elevator doesn't stop on the floor of the rooms. Still have about 4 steps down followed by 7 steps up all while turning a corner.Breakfast was simple but ok.

I liked the neighborhood even though everything was expensive. The bathroom and suite 447 were a good size.

When we checked into the suite I noticed the toilet was covered in feces. We immediately let the front office know who did not care and didn’t have it cleaned immediately. So I went to the market to get supplies and did it myself. Went the next day to the front desk and another staffer apologized but the damage was done. I paid over 1,600 usd for this room. I don’t expect to clean the toilet and I’m still disgusted. It’s unacceptable, unsanitary and terrible customer service. Also it was freezing no matter how high I tuned up the heaters and the beds were made of nails. Slim pickings during new years holidays otherwise we would have left.

mr hakim was polite and welcoming to his guest. even though the location was one station away from the main station. we chose to return to stay at the same hotel when we return to montapaness. we had a wonderful stay in the hotel due to the hospitality of Mr Hakim who is thoughtful for his customers.

It was very small and not so clean and the location of the room was bad we had luggage and they were stairs plus the staff were very rude.

the room is very tiny with so many Stuff which is not useful, the shower door wasnt closed properly, we stayed 2 days but they did not clean the room even towels,Only one tiny Lift is available and we had to wait so long because always was full.

Great value for a Paris hotel. Easy walk to the train line. A number of good restaurants nearby. Front desk staff was very helpful.

The room was not cleaned our last day.

Rooms were cute. Elevator made the windy staircase easily accessibly for older people.Staff was friendly and helpful. Expectations were accurate.

This hotel is by no means upscale, but its location is absolutely ideal. Just minutes away from 2 subway station, it is a 10 min ride to all major tourist attractions. It is situated on a street that is full of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, fresh food stores, bars, and souvenir shops. The top end of the street is a pinwheel that is full of lively and varied bars and restaurants. For all the hustle and bustle of daily life at street level, our rooms on the 2nd floor were very quiet. As typical in Paris, the lobby is minuscule, but there is a cozy sitting room just adjacent with lovely furniture, books and games. Quite a pleasant surprise was the modern lift just big enough for 2 people and 2 large suitcases. We had 2 adjoining rooms that were surprisingly spacious. There was room to store our empty suitcases and lots of storage and hanging space for clothes. I would put the decor somewhere between dated and modern. Beds were comfortable with extra blankets and pillows in the closet. The room was equipped with TVs, bureau, dressers, nights stands, and lamps. The bathroom was modern and spacious with storage under the sink. The rooms were separated by a door. It was a good stay for us and it suited our location requirements and budget. This hotel got a 7 from me mainly because of the location/price ratio.

The rooms didn't have towels when we arrived and I had to ask for them twice. One day the AC was not working because of construction in the hotel. There was no notice or warning about the construction, though this seems to be a perpetual state in Paris. When we asked about when the AC would be fixed, they said the following day with no promises. With 30C weather, this was not pleasant night. They did offer to have us move rooms (we weren't looking forward to that inconvenience). It was fixed the next day.

The location was outstanding, near everything. The hotel had everything I needed and I had a great view from my room. There was a nice terrace to drink my coffee in the morning too. The staff were incredibly accommodating and could not have been better.

Good location: everything is on one step - food, metro, grocery, Et setera.

Smell of centuries

The location was perfect, close to many means of transport, the room was clean and the staff was very nice.

The staff were absolutely accommodating and very nice. The air conditioning in the hotel is broken and they changed our room to a room with air conditioning. The staff are very nice and polite.

The hotel is the decent for a one star hotel.

The bathroom and the location, staff gave us a new room immediately after we found an ant infestation in our first room.

Staff was a bit unprofessional. The furnitures were old and seemed dirty. Our sheets had some stains. And our first room had a lots of ants.

Location was super , metro station station near by , eateries , shopping place all in all good for tourist.

The elevator was miniscule not good to carry the luggage , kept my luggage in their storage area , after elevator there were narrow stairs which led to the room . The room bit small , the bathroom and toilet were cramped to the extent the shower gel has to be placed on the floor!!!. No sufficient charging points , the ones available were near to floor probably for connecting vaccum cleaner .

The staff was exceptionally kind, polite, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The location is very good, close to train station, attractions, and lots of restaurants. The building is tired, but comfortable.

The air-conditioning wasn't working properly. other than that the place is fine.
