Everything is very clean and the staff is very attentive. The hotel restaurant is something else, one of the best dinners we've had was in this hotel.

Good location. Nice evening meal in the Restaurant. Room was fine and quite comfortable.

Poor service. Breakfast service was terrible. Food was wrong and then over cooked. Hotel was advertised as a Spa but it was closed for maintenance when we were there and there was a bad smell in the stairwell. The hotel looked tired and had last been decorated in the early 1980s. Very expensive for what they offered - overall disappointing.

The hotel is beautiful and stylish, and very well located. Wonderful room service, breakfast in room especially. Incredibly helpful staff who accomodated all our requests with flying colors. Clean, comfortable room. Water is brought in the morning and in the evening. Absolutely recommend the romantic package, they have selected beautiful roses for my wife's birthday.

A very clean hotel, professional hospitality services and a very spacious elegantly designed rooms. In additional to its excellent location and amazing view from just few meters away of the Rue Saint Dominique

Had the most pleasant stay at this hotel, the staff were extremely friendly, informative and highly mannered. The Cléo restaurant is a little gem, I highly recommend trying to book a head for dinner, very cozy yet tasty!Overall this place had the best restful atmosphere, very central, less than 10 minutes walk to Eiffel tower, Chambre Elysee, Arc de Triomphe. With several access to metro stations.

Great location with a lot of good restaurants nearby.Only few minutes till Tour Eiffel and other “must visit” places. It was clean.

With no information in advance they asked for a reservation (400EUR) Breakfast for this kind of hotel was not so good (( we ordered the omelette and always it came with incorrect ingredients:/

Our room was well designed and had all the amenities one could possibly need. Very comfortable bed and pillows and great soundproofing. Spotless cleaning throughout our stay and the housekeeping staff refilled our water bottles, which we really appreciated.The staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everyone was really friendly and caring.There is a beautiful spa area in the basement that we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try out.

The breakfast. First of all, the included breakfast consists of a very basic selection of pastries, black coffee/tea and some fruit salad. No cold cuts or cheeses. If you want eggs or cold cuts, this will cost extra and has to be ordered separately. Unfortunately, when we went for breakfast on the first day of our stay, it seemed that the staff was struggling with the amount of guests in the breakfast area. It took a while to place the order, to get the food and then to pay. Also the staff had to be reminded multiple times to have the coffee pot refilled. We opted not to have breakfast at the hotel again to skip the hassle. A humble suggestion for the hotel management is to simply offer an improved buffet with greater variety.

We asked for a Bright room . The room was Bright and Sparkled with cleanliness. It was one of the loveliest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in.

We liked everything.
