    Pros +

    • excellent location. easy to check in and instructions. easy to communicate with stuff. hotel was accommodating on earlier check in. Great breakfast.
    • This 5 bedroom, adults-only, hotel is in the heart of the Marais. You walk outside to the hustle and bustle of shops, restaurants and nightlife . We were in room 1 and we could not hear anything from the street as the window is internally facing. The hotel team is quiet, respectful and organised. The morning breakfast is amazing…..better than we’ve had in some 5-star Parisian hotels.
    • Perfect location, in the heart of the Marais, near BHV shopping and Hôtel de Ville, and the Seine. Lovely.

    Cons -

    • Its a bit expensive since its not exactly a hotel.
    • All good
    • Dirty carpeted staircase to reach the structure

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, very clean, and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for getting around. Communication before my arrival was very good, and the morning staff were kind and helpful, even though there’s no one on-site during the evening. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Very well located A great small hotel concept, with the large seating area available for guests and a well stocked drinks area for tea, coffee and snacksStaff very helpful and professional

Very little. The bar opposite is not very pleasant with clientele rolling out quite drunk later in the evening although not noisy, at least for room 3.

Perfect location in the Marais district, would recommend it to everyone going to Paris! Very friendly staff and they thought about everything!

A few tips: add shampoo & conditioner in the room, make sure tissues are filled up everyday and make the fruit salad at the breakfast fresh (not a few hours in advance) and maybe add a warm dish (pancakes/eggs/etc) to bring some variation

Amazing location, rich breakfast, helpful staff.

Great location. Comfortable and clean room. Very comfortable bed and sheets. Good shower. Lovely breakfast, including freshly prepared fruit salad and a selection of pastries from a local bakery. Staff were friendly and willing to provide travel advice, should it be needed. Despite our room being opposite a small bar, the noise isolation was very efficient - we slept well. Access to a small kitchen to make a hot drink or place items in the small fridge was useful.

I am being picky, but the lighting in our room was fashionable but impractical during the evening should you want to read.

Great location close to shops, restaurant and bars in an area that felt safe. Short walk to a couple of Metro stations - took about 20 mins to get to the property from Gare du Nord, including one interchange. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Intimate small hotel which was exceptionally clean. Great continental breakfast personally served.

There is little to no natural light in the room and we didn’t like to leave the patio windows open overnight due to a walkway to neighbouring flats right outside the room. Fortunately there was air con.

We loved the location, hotel room and the staff

    Can’t think of any

I had a pleasant stay in a relaxed atmosphere. The location was great, making it easy to take morning walks and access major tourist spots. Whenever I felt tired, it was nice to take a break and rest at the accommodation.

However, due to the building’s structure, there was a spiral staircase that made it difficult to carry travel luggage. I believe this layout may be challenging for guests with limited physical strength or mobility.

Great cute little hotel room! The breakfast room is adorable too. And what a luxury to have AC in Paris. The host even provided us gluten free bread at breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay!

    Nothing!

Loved the French-ness of the place. Felt like an authentic French apartment, with hotel-like touches. Great location. Breakfast was generous! Also love that it's a keyless location!

Nitpicking here, but the pillows were a little too soft for my liking.

First of all, the location and the staff were both absolutely wonderful. Also, the breakfast is well worth the extra charge. It was coffee, juice, fruit, croissants, bread and a charcuterie platter. There is an expresso machine & water in the kitchen all day and we could help ourselves - perfect! The room was a decent size, but a little "worn around the edges".

Like all of Paris, the room was expensive for what it was.

Very beautifully decorated, very well locatedin the Marais. Our room faced the internal courtyard so very quiet. Breakfast was very good

Steep stairs, small room (but that is to be expected in Paris). There was quite some dust in the room

A perfect hotel! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Considering the general standard of hotels in Paris, the price is very reasonable, and the room is quite spacious, beautifully decorated, and brand new. The location is very central, in the nicest area of Paris. The staff are very sweet and polite. The breakfast was simple but more than enough and very tasty. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Very comfortable and creatively designed room. Very nice amenities. Loved the quality of the sheets. Delicious and generous breakfast (included). Great unique design and decorative touches throughout the floor. You find yourself tucked literally on the first floor of a building in your own safe and extremely quiet artsy environment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay- nice to come ‘home’ after the noisy and bustling Marais district and all the day’s wanderings.

The hotel is literally on the first floor of a building, and the ground floor/entrance/stairwell could use a little freshening up- with better lighting, fresh carpet and paint. But since the hotel is in its own delightful cocoon, this was a minor hindrance.
