Location, excellent staff, good restaurant

Very clean and comfortable room, well heated on chilly nights, a very good restaurant on premises, and 20 minute walk from the Louvre.

The location was close (only two/three metro stops) to the Gare du Nord where the Eurostar traibs arrive and also had another metro stop nearby - very convenient. The staff (the lady at the reception) was very pleasant and friendly.

Great location! Tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. Restaurant downstairs was also very yummy.

Room was a bit smaller than expected and cleaning staff stopped leaving water and toilet paper after a few days..

the hotel is perfect located. small and cosy, friendly staff, the breakast in the café is delicious.

room cleaning is solala, could be better in the future! always black hair at the bedlinen + towels and a lot of dust under the bed etc...

I love their breakfast! It was probably the best breakfast I have had in a hotel. However they are a bit short on stuff and it took a long time to be served, but I was not in a rush

Very central location, but still very quiet. Breakfast is served and is wonderful with fresh fruit, fresh prepared eggs and good quality croissants! Everything you need for a good day in Paris. All staff were very friendly.

Location, style, staff, convenience in booking, staff spoke English, gave authentic Paris feel without high cost.

The hotel had an excellent location along a sound Art Nouveau purpose to it. Although booked last minute and near Christmas time, the cost benefit was one of the bests seen in the city. Miss Sara from reception was incredibly warm and helpful, and the other hotel staff were extremely hospitable and well prepared - something Paris struggles with often - Bed was comfortable, window was sound proof, and toilet cosy and well-decorated. The hotel restaurant also followed the hotel footsteps with high quality ingredients, respectful staff, and an overall a decent price for the area. Close underground. connections. Definitely will return to this hotel on future trips to Paris. 10/10

There were a few streets under construction around the hotel which made it complicated to access the hotel via cab/Uber. Might have been a seasonal block due to Christmas. The area is usually packed but none of this is to be attributed to the hotel directly as the sound proofing in the buildings were quite decent.

The location was great and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The room was very cold and the air conditioning was very loud. The room was dark with red lights. The bed was very uncomfortable and tilted in the middle. The breakfast was not good, the dishes were dirty and the bar man in the dinning was very rude.

absolutely loved staying in this boutique hotel - fun vibe, lovely staff, cool decor, good breakfast. for us the location was really fun - a part of Paris we didn’t know as well. Felt different, not touristy. Loved it.

Really isn’t much negative to say. The rooms are small, the staircase is tight for luggage but that keeps it affordable and we liked the design a lot.

The location is perfect, right in front of a very charming square, with easy access to cafés, restaurants, and the subway. The room is small but comfortable. The bathroom was renovated and the shower is great.The restaurant connected to the hotel is really good for both breakfast and dinner.

The morning front desk receptionist is very rude to the guests. The only thing missing in the room is a minibar.The cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired.

Location was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

At times it was very noisy with people outside at the restaurant.

The staff were helpful, welcoming and kind. The hotel is in walking distance to interesting areas and close to metro lines. The room was cute and cozy and the food and vibe at the restaurant were excellent.

My only suggestion is that it would have been great to have a kettle and tea/coffee-making facility in the room. There was one kettle in the foyer.
