The location and staff

Yes and very important....my phone and laptop both could not hook upto the wifi system of the hotel. I don't know if it the location of my room or the quality of the internet but for the 2nights I was there I had to use my own internet which was expensive

Front reception gentleman - very helpful. He was exceptional.

Small size of rooms, Cleanliness of bathroom in first room we had.

The staff was always friendly and greeted us when we left or came back. The cleaning was done very well.

This hotel is in a great location! It is close to the Metro and there are plenty of shopping and cafe's around.

The shower wasn't enclosed which led to water going everywhere in the bathroom floor when showering.

Location was great and very walkable area.The hotel doesn't have or provide wash cloths to bathe ( which is normal) only large drying off towels so if you're American and used to wash cloths, pack your own.

Location is fantastic. 50 feet from Cafe de Flore and 100 from Deux Magots. maybe 100 yards from the St. Germain Metro station.Clean rooms, good beds, very good shower (I could turn around in it and it close completely).The lady who worked at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

overall it was great- one of our rooms was very small...like hard to walk around the beds kind of small.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and charming. The distance to the Louvre was fairly close, not as close to the Eifel Tower though, and the hotel was in a nice area where we felt safe, even at night. We got in a lot of steps over our three day stay. I would recommend the stay at Crystal Hotel.

The location was convenient & safe,with easy access to key attractions and quiet enough for a restful stay, with nearby dining options within walking distance.The room was well maintained clean.The Breakfast had a balanced selection of fresh fruits,cereals,eggs ,ham, cheese ,juices & coffee.The staff was professional & helpful.

The location is superb. 2 minutes from the metro - well located in an area close to many restaurants, bars, cafés and all sightseeing activities.

The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped. I perhaps would have chosen a different hotel if I were staying for longer than 3 nights to be a tad more comfortable.

Ground floor room we had

Location was great and staff was friendly.

Upon check in there was no remote for the TV in the room, coffee pot didn’t work and there was no information about the cost of beverages in the small refrigerator.

We are 80+ and went for interrail. Crystal Hotel was perfect in many ways. They gave us a room on the first floor. The bathroom was super, newly renovated. One window, facing a SMALL yard, so we could have them open day and night.

Nothing! Everything perfect.

There is a 5 floor our room was on fifth floor we got 6 luggages and lift goes to 4th floor we have to carry 1 floor all our luggaes there was no staff

The room was attick room on the 5th floor and the elevator was servicing until 4th floor. The room was not well decorated and comfortable and very old style. The room had a window looking inside so there was no outside view. We stayed in the same hotel last year and since the location was ok and room not too bad we chosed to stay there again but i think the room and elevator problem gave a very bad experience this year

My room is at the fifth floor and there is no elevator to my room. I take the lift to the fourth floor and then have to carry my baggage to the room!

Location was great! Hotel was nicely decorated and staff was friendly and helpful.

I thought it could have been a little cleaner. Bedding and room were great. Floor and bathroom had a lot of hair lying around.

Tristan and Yann were exceptional and made our stay absolutely perfect! They had wonderful recommendations and were ready to great us each time we walked in. The beds were very comfortable. Perfect location!

Our room was clean, a bit cramped but we were happy to put up with it as the price was right.

The hike up to and down from the first floor was somethingwe could have avoided but we were ok.
