room while on 4th floor with no lift was comfortable and clean. staff member carried my luggage up 4 floors, thanks to him.

Receptionist was nice

Sheets were dirty I had to ask them to changeMold everywhereCaused me stress upon arrival by blocking the amount for the first night as a safety deposit then asked me to pay again.Everything was returned from the deposit but it was just stressful as here on booking it was showing as unapproved.

Quiet location close to the train station. Reasonably priced buffet breakfast. The air conditioning and hot water worked nicely.

During tourist season all the prices are higher. So, it was a bit pricey for a tight little room without a view. It had a small window to a ventilation shaft.

The location was a short walk from metro stations and Gare Montparnasse. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and warm. It was good value for Paris.

The bathroom and shower were tiny.

It was a lovely stay and couldn't recommend this place enough with it's cleanliness and great staff.

There wasn't enough pillows, only one small pillow per person.

The reception staff was very nice

Half of the hotel's rooms have no windows (literally half, this can be seen among others on the fire evacuation plans). The rooms themselves are unacceptably small. Also walls are paper thin and absolutely everything can be heard through them.WiFi did not work.

All the experience was perfect. In a convenient neighbourhood and the room was always cleaned. Friendly staff.

Little bit outdated , receptionist in morning taking room key away (?) , if u come late door closed and need knock .

The staff is amazing. Every day all was cleaned.

It is perfect to 1-2 person. The space is a little small but comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was a good size and the basic breakfast buffet was ok. Air conditioning was refreshing as it was a hot period.

A lift/elevator would have been great as there are many stairs on a narrow staircase - something the immobile should consider.The breakfast should have been free considering the room price (€300+) and the cold continental breakfast offered (no hot food at all). The bathroom was small, especially the shower cubicle which was very narrow - I am slim and still found it to be so.

Hotel has best air conditioning I have experienced while visiting Paris. The staff is very cordial and welcoming. Typically my go to hotel when staying in Paris as it is a great value.

The odownsidenside is the walls are thin so can easily hear people talk in the hallway or while going up the stairs. Shower can be small if are a big person like me but very managable.

The room is small with a Queen size bed

the room looked smaller in the photos so i was very pleased when i entered and saw it was way bigger.the staff was super nice, the room was very clean and they changed the towels daily.

The breakfast was decent and the staff were helpful.

I didn't like that there was no elevators.

Well located in Montparnasse 8 minutes away from train and metro stations. Although size of the bedroom is rather small, it is clean and comfortable and complimented by a restricted en-suite. Breakfast is OK. The reception staff are courteous, attentive and helpful.

The breakfast is very limited.

The location was good, near to many eateries and to Metro stations.

Very average hotel with minimal facilities. No water boiler kettle in the room.
