It was conveniently next to a grocery store and some little shops.

Was too far from the main town. Housekeeping does not vacuum the floors and are not detailed oriented because they left garbage behind. They dont really clean like they should. I have to say that I was very unhappy and disappointed with my stay there.

Your staff were excellent. Nice, patient and very helpful. The gal preparing the breakfast buffet was so kind. She offered our 3 1/2 year old a couple of items off the bar four his travels even though the bar wasn't yet open for travelers.

Needed better lighting. Not a fan of how lights in the hallways turned on as we approached. It was a bit frightening to walk into a dark corridor and hope the lights turned on.

The hotel staff were so nice and helpful. Clean rooms and close to train station.

The staff was welcoming and friendly! The room was very clean and comfortable. It was close to attractions,in a good neighborhood with a grocery store next door and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good and the staff was cheerful. We enjoyed it!

How close the train station was to the hotel.

The staff was rude from the start. They wouldn't send a shuttle to the airport because they said, and I quote "we only send the shuttle for airline employees". Your site advertised that the hotel had shuttle services available.

THe room was actually quite nice. The staff was also very accomodating, especially the manager 

Some confusion between the hotel and the reservation agency left me without the room we booked when I arrived. The staff tried to fix it the issue. The location was a distance from the city center.

It was overall clean and quiet, and front desk staff was helpful and kind

We did not like that there was no sink in the room with the toilet. Even a wee wink to wash hands after using the bathroom would be hygienic. We did not like the heavily scented cleaning products used.

Very nice hotel. Convenient location from metro. But metro j stops ar I understand 1am. Very helpful staff.

It took 2 days to get a duvet cover for the duvets on the beds. It¿s too far out from Paris tourist attractions .

I think the cleaners could pay more attention to detail and make sure that all rooms are up to standard.When I arrived there were no towels in the room and I had to ask for some. On the 2nd day the soap in the shower enclosure had run out

Close to a train station.

The suite is very small. It is not a suite by any standard. It is a room with two beds. Couple of receptionists appeared to really hate their job. One was rude. The housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days we had coffee and water and some days, nothing.

The night manager who greeted us was very rude and unable to accommodate any of our requests for making adjustments to the room schedules he was very dismissive and offputting

we liked the staff the best. Very friendly helpful people.

Even when they upgraded us to a bigger room, it was still crampy.

the hotel was just okay. some of the staff were very nice.

the location. i thought i was staying in paris. the location is more like a small town which is a ten minute train ride from paris. it is close and convenient but the area has nothing to offer. the room needs fresh paint and the carpet needs cleaning.

The location is very quiet. However it's just 5 min walk from train station with about 8 min commute to Paris. Facility, rooms and all equipment are brend new.

WI-FI didn't work all the time and overnight stuff wasn't helpful. Room keys failed a couple times. Hotel is offering complementary coffee and bottled water, but they never refill supply. We smelled cigarets smoke one night. No refrigerator in the room.
