We were very impressed with the front desk manager was very kind, He was always available to help out, he made sure or stay comfortable. He was very helpful to let us know what else we can see in the available .

At night we met with front desk manager, Ahmed . Ahmed was very helpful too . He even had just to load our luggage in the Uber..

The room was listed as a King bed and a single bed. It was not. The single bed turned out to be a sofa bed. Had I known this, I wouldn?t have booked it.

The location was great, only a few steps to the Metro and a few blocks from the Train Station. The room was small, but for the price it was great. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not included, and was pretty sparse.

We had an executive room with 2 levels-bed on ground floor and bathroom on lower level. It had enough room for the bed and space to walk around the bed. Although it was small, but a decent size for Paris! The room and bathroom were very clean!

Parking that was recommended was a no-go. Seemed to be inside a mechanic garage and supposed to leave keys! No thanks! We paid 40 euros a day for different garage.Location a bit far from center but metro stop right on corner.

Great location. Neighborhood very safe and walking distance to all the attractions we want to see. This is our go to hotel when in Paris. Clean room, comfortable bed, love that they use Nuxe products in the bathroom - my favorite!

The only thing we didn't like this time was the size of the room. We're pretty easy-going travelers and understand that everything in Paris is small, but the room size was just way too small. It was hard to find a space where you could even stand up straight in the room! Could barely even walk through it to get around the bed and make it to the bathroom. No place to open the suitcase. Either need to put it on the bed or in the bathroom to open it. Shower was too big for the bathroom space so if you didn't get the doors perfectly closed, the water would spray all over the floor of the whole bathroom. Yes so that was the only complaint we had this time. Room just way too small! We made it work for a short stay but I couldn't imagine bringing kids there or for a longer stay!

The location was great! Right next to the metro and lots of good places surrounding the area. It was clean and very comfortable!

Very convenient to public transportation. Is a 10 min walk to nord big train station. Metro train also steps from front door. Front staff very nice and helpful.

I don't understand how they clean the electronic kettle, but the terrible smell of vinegar. I asked to change it, yes, they did it, but it still stinks of vinegar. I think they need to change the kettle cleaner.

Prime location but not too touristy. Very close to the nearest Metro station.Clean and minimalist hotel. Not that much rooms in the property, so it’s not too hectic or chaotic in the lobby.

We enjoyed staying at your hotel. The standard room we booked for the first two nights didn't have enough space between the bed and the washroom. Happy you manage to switch us to a superior room (at an extra cost), which was great. Location wise is perfect. The Metro is almost 3 minutes away from the hotel, easy to follow directions. You can get your tickets in the booth or in the machine ( Poissonneire Station). Breakfast is great, and the staff was very helpful, especially Maxine, he is very courteous and of great assistance. Thank you to Jean Paul too. Will stay again.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean.

Toilet was in a room separate from the sink, which makes it difficult to wash your hands if someone is in the shower. Alarm clock was for some reason set to 6am our first morning so we all were awoken very early after travelling to Paris. Staff at the front desk made check in quite stressful and upsetting, which was not the energy I wanted to start the trip on.

Location right near Metro. The staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We’d stay again if ever back in Paris.

Room a bit small but bathrooms were big and great

We loved how close it was to a metro station, although the station closed the day after we got there!. The staff were very friendly and they were anxious to do whatever they could to improve our stay. We enjoyed having a big bathroom with a full size tub and separate show.

Honestly, the beds weren't that comfortable, too firm for our liking.

The Water tap didn't shut properly and was dripping. The Superior King room looked quite large in the picture displayed on Booking.com, when we actually did the booking. However, the room that we were given was tiny and very disappointing. What's more, the wardrobe and the shower curtain were dirty. We stayed in plenty of 4 star hotels before, but this particular Best Western Premier Hotel at Poissoniere, Paris, is a 3 star accommodation at best. All in all quite disappointing and not worth the money.
