Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra Hotel

Easy access to/from airport via metro or bus. good size room, comfortable beds and good amenities.

Definitely a five-star hotel in five-star neighborhood in a five-star city!

The room I got was closer to four star: small, quite dark, with no real view. But it was very quiet, at least.

Location, cleanliness

All was fine, but why 5 stars? Room fairly small, nothing too fancy. Food in the bar not particularly good. Internet worked well. All OK, but not worth wasting money on.

Amazingly beautiful hotel and incredible staff that went out of their way to make our honeymoon beyond special. Great location to train station. Common areas were breathtaking and relaxing to sit and unwind. Will absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Loved the free access to the spa, but disliked they did not have a common jacuzzi with male/female access to share the experience with my bride. Their was only individual jacuzzi in each dressing room.

Excellent location

Bedsheets was not change everyday.No bed turnover like other 5stars hotels.

Staff are very friendly specially Shima at the the reception and Anna in the Breakfast. Both are so lovely and kind.Hotel is quite and you can really sleep peacefully. It’s Safe and all the staff are truly kind. Ofc gonna book any time I’m in Paris again.

We call to collect the luggage but no one reached us out even we called 3 times and went down . Driver was out and were delayed because of the luggage.

Checkout and helping for luggage takes more than 40 minutes.

Love the location, so close to everything. Staff super friendly, dinner at the hotel was amazing and the rooms were spacious. Third time here and will continue returning.

The location was great, the suite was spacious, it was quite and elegant, they even had Shattaf in the bathroom.

Loved the room - was spacious, bathroom large, with tub. Nice views. Centrally located to everything touristic - great area!

The lobby and designs are very sterile - can really use a refresh, redesign. Not the most inviting - doesnt not feel luxurious but an expensive hotel

Great location , great restaurant.

Room very small , housekeeping I rang a couple of times but no one showed up. Some staff on reception desk seem to find it hard to understand English, other staff A+. We were asked to move room half way through our stay but the put us in a beautiful room upgrade for inconvenience.

breakfast was very good

at the check-in I was invited to join the Accor fidelity programme. For privacy reasons I declined. I was refused internet access if I dit nor join. They still made me a member against my will. The gym is located in a very tiny room downstairs, no window. Height 2.25 meters. No possibility to do workout on a mat as space to limited. It was cold oustside, in used airco. that produced only very dry air, bad for my skin. in bathroom only hose to clean my butt, no small towels to clean my butt in the bathroom

It was really tough drive from airport to hotel in traffic but Tufan Gautier was extremely helpful. He helped us from returning our rental car to all transfers including airport taxi with best rates. He helped us a lot and contributed our opinion about hotel in positive way.

Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location and service were excellent. All the staff were friendly (professional), and the manager, Bilal, was especially kind and welcoming.

Excellent suite with terrace ; very comfortable and a beautiful place to spend 5 nights ! Great service and staff !

We did have an issue With the sliding bathroom doors ; when my wife pulled one side , the other side automatically shut forcibly and badly bruised her fingers with significant pain ! The hotel was nice to provide a complimentary breakfast though We asked them to change the mechanism to avoid future injuries with kids too
