The location is good.

The hallways are completely black, ceiling and walls, so it was like walking through a dungeon. There is no decor at all in the rooms, and the furnishings seemed cheap. We weren't told the A/C was out until after we checked in.

The room set up was awkward with all the steps down. I was nervous I might slip and fall.

First nite bathroom flooded from air conditioning unit. Second night no ac took several attempts to cool room . For this price point not acceptable

This is not a 5* hotel, pricy, they charged me about --- Euro/night (about half the room rate)for imposed extra bed for a teen. Total rip off

The A/C was the worst part of our trip and the sink was broken in one of the rooms.

The hotel, lobby decor and the restaurant/bar were great, the staff was very professional.

Room 228 wasn't like any photos. It was very small, dark, windows facing office building, not enough closet space, the toilet was in front of a half wall, when you sat you sat you had to sideways. I think we were put in the worst room in this nice hotel.

Location was fantastic. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

Room was disappointing. Dark . Toilet was not in the bathroom. No air conditioning. A loud portable air conditioner had to be brought in with a large hose to the open outside window. Not a 4 star accommodation. Some of the staff , especially in the restaurant did not communicate well with English speaking guests.

There are repairs works in the floor near my room. The staff hasn’t informed me inspite of only my room was for staying for whole floor

Abdou at the reception was great! As well as Mario the concierge/bellman. Hotel is more than amazing. Superclean, friendly staff, and i got a beautiful suite. Perfect location

The pictures are outdated it has completely changed on the inside- the communal area and lobby are completely different to what is advertised on booking.com, it’s no longer covered in white sheets like the Margiela style There’s a homeless man that lingers outside the entrance every day I stayed there, quite off putting They ‘upgraded me’ without asking me when I had chosen a different suite for the aesthetic of it- completely ruined my stay. And when I asked for my original room they told me it’s not possible as someone is staying there?? So much for an upgrade they clearly double booked their suitesIt was clear staff are not well trained or professional to make such an error

Location great, spacious room. Was able to have open window at night and still feel safe.

I didn't like that the Reception staff were not informed of the tours in Paris and how to book.As a first time visitor to Paris, this was disappointing and I had to find alternative means to get this information and make reservations.
