No closet , no space , no climate control , not even a small bottle of water

The staff.

The wifi was terrible. signal was weak and would not work all the time. Also cost of breakfast was expensive for what was offered.

Everything was perfect and Ibis hotels generally highlight a few key aspects. We appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the budget-friendly pricing. However, we would like to mention that the rooms are very smaller than average and that breakfast options are somewhat limited. Overall, we tend to find Ibis hotels a good choice for value and convenience.

Basic room but clean, lovely staff, car park good

Dodgy area, dirty streets around the hotel, heater was blowing cold air even set on 30 degrees.

A nice hotel overall but the rooms need a bit of upgrades. The staff were friendly, you have parking underground with easy access to the hotel lobby. Close to metro station with easy access to the city center.

the receptionist, the staff at the breakfast area, the fact that we didn’t have a refrigerator in the room, the lightning, the fact the i couldn’t have a snuff next to my side of the bed so i could charge my phone.

The room very old and need renovation completely. The toilet need renovation too. The noise in the hotel from the drilling machine it's an acceptable. Not recommended to anyone.

Ventilation was really bad. Windows was closed, when I asked the receptionist she said according to french law. All windows should be closed for safety reasons,but the room was so small we were not able to move and breathAlso bathroom was smallBreakfast is very expensive and a few choices The location is also far from all tourists places.I never recommend it

Dirty airconditioner / heater (full of dust). Receprionist were not friendly when I asked about if I can get hot water (I also saw several complains from other customers as well)

Rooms were really hot, and no vents in the windows. Ac didn’t really work.

The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is good. We were able to get around easily.

The lights in the rooms were too dim, it could be much brighter. The rooms were cold from the day we arrived until we left- the heating was not adequate. The parking facilities should be set out before booking, so that travellers are aware of how much they would be charged for parking before they arrive. The hotel should also put details of the type of vehicle that the parking lot can accommodate. We had a six seater van that we struggled to park because the car park roof was too low. Due to the van had scratches from the signs that kept hitting the roof of the van. When leaving the car park we had problems getting the van through the barrier which was too narrow The side of the van now has scratches/marks.

The Customer Service are not welcoming and not interested to give information around vicinity. The location was bad.

Great place for the few days stay. Small but comfortable, clean rooms and friendly personnel. Close to Metro.
