Nice rooms, clean and very good breakfast.
Mattress was quite hard
I liked the furnishing of the hotel. It was aesthetically pleasing. I also liked the close proximity to the metro station. A 4 min walk and made it easy to get around the city.
My room was tiny in comparison to the photos. I had my bed angled and one edge of the bed was almost close the wall with just enough room for me to pass. The bathroom was lovely too but the shower cubicle itself was small and tricky use being conscious of not spilling water over the bathroom floor.
Breakfast was very good and wifi was efficient. Rooms are refurbished and clean. Just 150 m walk from the closest metro station (Crimée).
There was unfortunately a problem with the heating system and the first night was spent with quite a low temperature in the room. Windows were not soundproof so there was noise coming in from the road. As well in the corridor, doors were slammed by other guests so it was quite noisy also from inside.

The location was good, close to metro station. The room was small, but cozy. The breakfast option was not huge, but what was offered was very tasty and felt very fresh
We didn’t feel the carpet in our room was very clean and if someone was talking in the corridor, you could hear it very loudly in your room.
Location right next to a metro stop (although there is nobody manning it - you need to go another few blocks to the next one for that). Really friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast was really not great. The cheese and meats were ultra-processed - like plastic. I couldn't believe I was in France and they were serving processed American cheese. The room was so small and the twin beds were right up next to each other which made it impossible to sleep. When one person moved, the other woke up each time.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating with my luggage and travel times. Furthermore, they were very friendly and I felt welcomed.
Good location, not too far out from the railway stations (nord and est) but further enough for a lower rate per night compared to closer hotels.Reburbishment, good interior. Cosey feel to the rooms and hotel as it only has 40 rooms. Breakfast is good however and well presented. Modest in selection.
Location is a bit run down, they lock the door at the night so need the grab the receptionists attention to let you in. Old rickety lift.
The room was clean and sound-proof. The mattress was comfortable. Clearly the hotel has been recently renovated. The staff was very helpful and kind, they replied to my request asking for a quiet room and I was given a room which was not facing the street. The breakfast is available from 6am even during weekends (Quite rare in Paris, this was very helpful as I needed to eat at 6am), free water available for refill in the reception area. The location is quite strategic, not too far from RER B and Gare du Nord-La Chapelle but less noisy and chaotic. The connection to CDG Airport is therefore quite convenient and seamless. And there is also a subway station a few hundred meters away, that can take you in 20-25 minutes to the Jardin des Tuileries and Louvre area. While the 19th district is not as glamorous as some other Parisian districts, it still feels like an upgrade compared to the 18th. I did not see homeless people or tents of refugees. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood. There were also some supermarkets nearby.
The room was a bit empty in terms of furniture, the breakfast had different options and variety but some specific things were missing (vegetables, rice). The room was a bit small, but I also know this is quite standard in Paris.
Polite staff, clean room, nice breakfast, close to metro station (5 min. walk) and Rer station (5 min. walk). There are supermarkets and fast food restaurants nearby
Breakfast was the best feature and staff were nice. Bed was comfy.
Lift was noisy & once didn't work. Noise from other rooms quite bad on occasion. Also shower was too small to stand in comfortably.
Price/quality okay
Very small shower, small breakfast room, small lift that was also not working very well
Interesting location, good value for money, excellent buffet breakfast, wonderful receptionists. Easy access to metro and buses. Walking distance to the Canal.
The district is a bit run-down and the supermarket opposite the hotel is very basic.

Super handy that the accomodation so close to the Crimee station is. There are a ton of small simple restaurants around to grab a bit and bakeries. That was also very handy for us, the accomodation itself is quite good for sleeping.
The neighboor can feel a bit odd depending what time you are walking around. I did not have any problems with that, but i also didn't feel extremelly comfortable. Depending on the room , it can be a bit noisy, I had no problems with it as well, but I know some people are more picky in that sense.
The location was good, with the metro very close, so you could quickly get to the centre. The location also was not scary or unsafe as some other reviews have mentioned, we walked around in the dark and felt completely safe. The room was small but very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was 10/10. It wasn't a huge assortment, but you still had a little bit of everything you might want, both sweet and savoury.
There were two things that were an issue. First, the check in process was a mess. Even though we "checked-in online" where it said that we could arrive between 12-15, the room was nowhere near ready. We arrived at 15 and there were two people in line before us, that were waiting on their rooms and had already done so for half an hour. The receptionists just kept running around, checking in with the cleaning staff. They offered no apologies, you were just supposed to accept that you have to wait for 1,5 hours to get a room. I could maybe expect this if you wanted to check in early, but that should never happen when you arrive at your designated time. The second issue - the elevator was tiny and slow, if you have big suitcases, you would have place for maybe 1 person and 1 suitcase. We had a room on the 4th floor so decided to use the stairs, however, the entrances to the floor were constantly blocked by cleaning supplies, so you couldn't really enter the floor without forcefully pushing the tall trolley out of the way, which, mind you, is a fire hazard, as those are also supposed to be the emergency exits.
I absolutely loved the Ladies at the breakfast!! They made all my mornings! It was the highlight. I would recommend asking for the higher floor. Overall the hotel is OK, if you are on budget.
Location isn’t the best one, my room was overlooking person sleeping on the street. The way room is layed out is not very convenient, even for me being very compact woman. Reception people could have been a bit more responsive and welcoming.
