1. Would like a fan or vent interior bathroom because the mirrors & toilet were full of precipitation after a shower. 2. A door to the shower as water falls on the floor after a shower

The hotel itself was GORGEOUS. The staff was very friendly and attentive!

The location of the hotel. It was in a great area (close to shopping, dining, and an amazing park) but it is not accessible via Uber. You have to walk about a quarter mile to get picked up/dropped off. Only taxis can access this area.

This is not a 5stars hotel.delayed check in .rooms old .very noisy can¿t not stay on daytimes cause of construction work next to a hotel. Not worth your money.

Staff was nice and close to metro.

Location was kind of obscure, room service was subpar, outside of hotel was dark.

It was very updated with a mini fridge

This hotel was so hard to get to. It did not have any street level access by car. The taxi had to drop us off underground in some strange tunnels and Uber could not find it at all. The walkways were disorganized and on several levels around the area

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, minutes from the metro, and a Starbucks inside! English speaking staff made everything easy for us. They converted dollars to Euros at the front desk and there was an atm steps away

Uber had a hard time finding the entrance because it’s in the tunnel and maps struggle to locate. Uber eats was on bicycles and had no issue. Walk to the Novotel and Uber has no problem or just call a cab.

The check-in staff were very helpful and the hotel room was comfortable and well appointed. I would have given the hotel a higher rating if it hadn't been for the constant hum from some equipment in my room which I noticed once I had gone to bed.

There was an irritating hum that became more increasingly irritating. I think it was from the ventilation equipment on the roof since I was on the top floor. I tried to find the source but it seemed to be all over, both in my room and in the hallway

Needs to be updated. Also, there were extra taxes charged on top of what I had paid. Didn't seem great.

Location. It was right next to the metro. Easy access for transportation into Paris.

Breakfast was expensive and it was not good breakfast. Tried it once but didn't go back for breakfast during the rest of the stay. Hot food was burned and tasted aweful.

Its ok overall the cleaning is good

The hotel is kind of hidden and GPS was unable to find it

The front desk staff was exceptionallly helpful always. They are an absolute asset to the hotel. Hotel employee was a pleasure to work with as well as all the front desk. One housekeeper was so nice, she left the children's stuffed toys on the bed as if at hom

Unfortunately, I asked the minibar be cleared twice and it never was; as it was near our time to leave I just gave up. On our last day we had housekeeping leave one clean towel after service, the only dilemma was we were a family.

The location during my reservation it listed that the Eiffel tower was visible from my window. That was not the case. My home address was incorrect on all my documents. They were never changed.

Front desk was very helpful.

Maid left unclean glasses in room continuously. Did not replace soap, shampoo,... and did not refill mini-bar.

Honestly the best breakfast buffet I have ever eaten. Amazing bath products by Hermes. And fabulous bathrooms and beds marble bathroom

The front desk staff, bar and restaurant staff were outstanding.

We had cash, jewelry and a cell phone stolen from our room (housekeeping has access). Since cash was minimal and phone and jewelry replaceable I didn't feel a need to secure the assets in the provided hotel safe. Didn't expect theft in a 5 star
