Staff is kind and tries to help. (We used ChatGPT to communicate)Location was very good!Old school vibes.Half the price of other hotels.
No elevator.Couldn’t pay with my Visa card (problem with the terminal). The hotel is much cheaper than others and you will definitely see why.
The location was great and staff were friendly. The room was very small but the location makes up for it.
The room had a weird smell to it and the carpet was dusty in some places. The room and bathroom were both very small but that is to be expected for such a great location.
I liked the welcome given by the hostess. She was extremely helpful and showed great respect from the very beginning till the very end before I had to go to the airport. Moreover the hotel is not far from two metro stations and only ten minutes walk from the Tour Montparnasse.
It was very good and close to metro. So it’s so handy for going everywhere. Even room is so comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was included and that was so nice.
Localisation was perfect - less than 5 minutes from metro 12 station
Very tiny bathroom + toilet. It took some time to get hot water in the shower.
Very central. Opposite one of the most prestigious schools in France. A short walk from the station. Right next to a great café. Not luxurious. But good value.
Tiny bathroom. But that was fine.
Location
You have to hand them the keys when leaving the apartment and the smell in the whole building was awful. Not talking about the toilet and the doors that can not be locked as they were broken and the nails were wide open almost hit my head while entering toilet.
Location was great, easy walking distance to transport and good food. Staff very helpful. Felt very safe when walking in the area.
Some facilities a bit dated but everything worked well and room so quiet at night. Slept so well which is more a positive.
The hotel's location is excellent. The metro is literally around the corner. It's in a beautiful and safe neighborhood right in the heart of Paris. Very friendly staff. Especially the lovely lady at the reception.24-hour reception- very convenient for check-in and check-out. You can leave your things.
The room wasn't cleaned once in 4 days. They didn't even take out the trash.
Central location
The lady was so rude to me, I said cannot speak French well- just a tip - if you run a hotel in Paris you are going to find people travelling for a few days who do not speak your language. I felt unwelcome as soon as stepped in the door.
Was looking for a place for an overnight stay near the Montparnasse station. This hotel worked out just fine for that purpose. I would note the really good location, not only to the station but to the city center, too. The room was tiny but everything needed (fan included, which was appreciated in this hot weather). The staff was also really nice.
Like it says in the listing name, and also repeated in the message from the property before arrival, it doesn't have an elevator. This in combination with narrow stairs makes it quite tricky to get in or out with a large or heavy suitcase, so I would recommend going in lightweight if you plan to stay here. Be ready to use some translator app if you are not speaking French. Bathroom was also teeny-tiny.
Staff are really friendly and location is perfect for exploring Paris
The decor is dated and could be updated but it doesn't ruin the experience of the hotel
A small family-run hotel. It is simple, but clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, in a quiet street less than fifteen minutes on foot from the city centre. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It is very good value for money.
location
the interiors are old abd there is no elevator if you have heavy baggage.
Great variety of explore-the-city leaflets at reception desk. Employees are somewhat welcoming.
The room wasn't prepared at check-in time. The stairs might seem claustrophobic. Communication was tough
For the price and location it did exactly what is says on the tin, and staff very friendly, liked the Paris themed reception.
Bathroom could be better spec but as said it is in the price.
