Close to train train station. Super clean, comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent ventilation.

Nothing except the location

booked a room with breakfast¿ the only thing they ¿forget¿ to tell you is that breakfast is not served after 8! Payed for a breakfast I didn¿t get!

The location was ideal for getting up early to catch a train.

I thought the reception staff were tremendously slow in processing the check-in, both for myself, and others, based on observation.

Breakfast is very good - tasty and great ingridients (lots of organic and fresh food), staff is nice and helpful, location is great transportation-wise but isn't attractive for itself, room is very clean, toilitaties are nice, organic and paraben free.

The airconditioning wasn't sufficient during an August heat-wave. When days were nice is was good.The bed was queen size for our double room - but I guess that's the french standard.

The tub and lots of room. Kind professional staff.

The bed was two beds put together on wheels. The bed kept moving around. Didn't like that

The hotel was easy to access from our train as we were only in Paris for 24 hours. The rooms were clean and the coupon for a morning coffee in the lobby was a bonus.

The rooms were pretty small which was okay for 1 night but would have been pretty tight for multiple guests for multiple nights.

Good location, we could even visit the legendary restaurant “ Le train bleu” which is just inside the Gare de Lyon and was one of the places shown in “Emily in Paris”

Perfectly positioned if travelling to or from the Gare de Lyon. The hotel benefits from all the convenience of a medium sized chain hotel, while managing to maintain a very welcoming and friendly staff.

Accessibility to all kinds of public transport and main attractions. Easy check in and checkout.

Location is great to visit Paris! Although next to a station it felt really safe.

The room was not clean enough. Especially bathroom.. Maybe we had bad luck with our room.

Proximity to train station

I walked around for about one hour trying to find the hotel. It’s on the upper level, just outside of the train station, Hall 1. I don’t believe that was mentioned in the readout. Also, there was a lot of road construction going on, and it was a very busy street. It was a lot to sort through, initially, and cumbersome, given luggage and jet-lag from my international flight.

A very comfortable place to rest after a long trip to Namibia I was exhausted after a 24h flight when I checked in yesterday and now I am fresh and relaxed .Very complete breakfast

Rooms could have been cleaned better, unable to open window. The room was very warm even with the temperature off.

Can’t beat the location!

Tiny rooms felt claustrophobic! The room had more electrical outlets than most French hotel rooms. The (free) mini bar would have had more appeal if there a few snacks had been included.

Location was perfect for us as we had an early train in the morning. Bed was very comfrtable.

Room was small and hot, and far from the elevator. Only a small restaurant/bar serving food in cardboard. Almost impossible to get into the tub/shower, and then impossible to keep the water from the shower inside the tub - floor was soaked, and I was trying to be careful.
