Staff and location good.

No elevator but good service. Door tricky to open

super friendly staff. they helped in receiving my online order which was late and they kept it for few days till my cousin collected it.

5th floor, no elevator, very difficult stairs to get up with bags. toilet is outside the room which wasn't expected at all.

Staff super friendly. Staff members provide good advice and support all questions. Staff speaks English and there is one person who speaks Spanish. Hotel is surrounded by multiple restaurants of different types and prices. 10 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe and connections to subway and RER stations. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

The walls are a bit thin and you might hear the neighbors' TV or music if they play it laud.Read thoroughly the description of the room you are about to rent. Some rooms have the shower inside the room, but the toilet is located outside the room. The toilet is private only for the use of that room, but it is anyhow located outside the room. There is no elevator.

Location was good, not far from Arc de Triumph. Room was clean. Friendly staff.

WiFi wasn't usable. Walls are from paper, you can hear every sound from nearby rooms.

Great location, clean, overall quiet, good price.

Price was good most probably because my toilet was outside of my room. Not too uncomfortable unless you need to go frequently to the toilet. The shower was inside the room.

The staff was very friendly. The location is very central and charming (as next to the market & shops)

The hotel has no elevator (& this was not mentioned anywhere when I booked the room)..and my room was on the 5th floor..

The room was very clean and the staff super friendly. The location was amazing, only a couple of minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Even though the room was quite small, it was enough for a short girls trip.

The room was poorly lit and the walls thin so you could hear in the other rooms, but it wasn't something that bothered us too much.

Great location. Clean and neat. Very pleasant staff.

Had to pay for a coffee, apart from that, all good really.Mind, there is no lift, so it is tricky getting up to rooms with heavy baggage.

No lift and it wasn’t mentioned on the booking. I have injured knees and I was given a 6th floor room

The location was excellent, the room was small but comfortable, the staff was very nice.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Helped with early check-in. They shops and restaurant/café, fresh fruit and veg and bakery were on the doorstep. Great location.

There was nothing not to like.

Near the arc of the triumph and the metro station, staff was very kind especially Maria and Sofia. There are a lot of restaurants, coffees and markets nearby

Great location, the staff very helpful and friendly. The room, at least mine was like a little apartment, very cosy and nice. Would definitely recommend it!!!

The breakfast Is ok, but could be a bit more of choice.

My second stay. As good as the first, looking forward to next year. Only criticism is a lack of a lift, but it burns off
