    Pros +

    • I didn’t stay here and they still charged me for the original booking and said they would have to credit my bank the difference which I never used my bank for the booking. We literally walked in and out the room was the size of a closet and still had some one else’s bag in the bed so I’m sure they didn’t even clean it.

    • Unfortunately on our first day we found our sheets dirty, when we went to reception to request a new pair of clean sheets the staff was very rude. Questioning us how long we were there and if it was actually needed a new pair of sheets. That they could not be sparing them just because. On another occasion we ran out of soap in the shower and it took 2 days to get a refill. If we don’t go and tell the reception we might have gone without soap our full stay. Lastly, we understand that the room is what we paid for, however it was not the most comfortable, but that was not the biggest issue.

    Clean place

No restock of food at breakfast , house keeping rude

    Proximity to train station.

The room doesnt have hangers or shelves to keep items or hang clothes. Both sides of bed must have charging points . Nothing to hang in washroom.

The location was really good. The room was small but still comfortable enough for a short stay

It is a pity that the window cannot be open

    8MelaniePosted on: 11-27-2025

The breakfast was good, my only complaint was the orange juice, but everything else was good!

The shower would sometimes randomly get extremely hot out of nowhere

    Price and breakfast

Room space, quite small, also the frontdesk that made the check in was not friendly, I have asked to a room in a high floor, included it on the reservation as well but he just said no.

    Breakfast good value

Room too small. No where to put luggage

For Paris and the area of the hotel, the price was OK

The 3rd bed wasn't made even though we booked a triple roomThere was marks of mold (green) on the wall of the main window indicating that the room wasn't that cleanThe triple room is so tiny that is almost impossible to circulate through the room even trying to avoid that.It is not easy to understand why there is a shelf right on the way of the ladder that would allow to reach the third bed.

It was a good price for Paris, close to the metro station, there are stores and restaurants near, you can also see the Eiffel tower from the window, breakfast was ok

Really small room, bathroom kind of weird

    6SebaalyPosted on: 9-17-2025

Location is very good. Within walking distance from public means of transportation. Amenities at the lobby were helpful.

Room was too small for three persons. Making the bunk bed was a hassle.

    4HossamPosted on: 9-16-2025

The location near to metro and bus station just few minutes The air conditioning

The room is very, very small. The sink is outside the bathroom. The toilet is separated from the shower. There is no wardrobe. I didn’t like the receptionist’s attitude. I don’t think I will go there again

Enough to just go to sleep, good breakfast. Nice breakfast staff

The room for 3 people is way too small for 3. No space for bags or even to walk. Upon arrival the room was full of dust and the bed with hairs. The staff was kind and changed us to another room. Same dusty! Under the beds, in the bathroom and in the cabin. The cabin stairs are too dangerous to go up and down. It is a "budget" hotel but it was way below my expectations for an ibis. Not because it is a budget hotel the rooms need to be dirty, the bed sheets with stains, the bathrooms moldy and no space to walk in the rooms.

To be honest, was not a good experience

The AC did not work, requested to check it and nothing happened, the offer to change room the last night, very tiny room for 3 people, bathroom/shower not in the best shape.

    7Adriana M.Posted on: 8-18-2025

Great air conditioner, room was very small but it was doable for 2 nights…

Very small room, bathroom was not divided with bedroom just a short blind… room was not that clean

    5addisPosted on: 8-15-2025

    Location was convenient

We experienced itching and sneezing , I am not sure what is going on with bed linens and in the room but got bumps in our skin and it is in all of us. Bed linens on the second floor dau was not cleaned it look like it had a bloody spot. I liked the location no coffee machine working. We did mot Spey much on the room or the hotel so I do not have other things to add

The lobby and hallways were nice. The room was clean. The breakfast set-up is very nice and the coffee is good.

The toilet felt like it was thrown in as an afterthought into a tiny closet. The mattresses were very thin and it made the bed very hard. The staff was very rude and disrespectful. My husband paid for breakfast for both my son and I. When we went to get breakfast the man rudely and repeatedly accused us of not paying in front of other guests. When my husband arrived and set it straight, the man did not bother to apologize. It was the morning of my birthday and that just started my day off wrong. If you don’t like rude staff, you definitely want to avoid this place.

It was a good place to stay to reach Roland Garros quickly, and quite near form Orly airport.

There wasnt good smell on the reception and the staff was little communicative to inform you about nearby facilities. The rooms are small

We liked the consistent room service, very helpful and accommodating staff, location of the hotel for the price, and cleanliness of all facilities.
