room was old, althuoghit was clean it needs manintenance, its and old 4 star hotel

Location and cleanliness. Friendly staff

Location, Location, Location. Near major transportation rail, buses and taxis. Very walkable and safe area. The hotel was well kept and clean. Majority of staff was helpful, especially concierge staff and valet. Good internet connection.

Unaware of room construction would occur during our stay. Disturbed daily loud drills & banging. Did not like location, accessibility or cost of hotel parking. Took several days to figure out other parking options, none suggested upon arrival.

I am a Marriott elite member and was upgraded as well as given lounge access.

For some who do not like to use the metro it can be far to the main attractions.

Size of the room and amenities provided were great.

In this day and age, charging for in room wi-fi is not acceptable. Also, we ordered room service breakfast on our last day, the coffee was horrible. Croissants and other baked items were not as fresh or great as we expected, considering we were in Paris.

Location. Metro is close but I have to transfer. And there is not nearby market. Carrefour closes very early

Spacious, modern, safe quiet residential neighborhood, close to 2 metro stops, friendly English speaking staff.

Wifi in room is 15 Euro per day, but you can get free wifi in the lobby.

Nice big rooms as compared to most European hotels

A bit further out of town than preferred, but close metros made travel manageable.

Marriott still does not provide free WiFi access. All BNBs' and small boutique hotels we stayed outside of Paris had free access.

Staff was wonderful - very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Hotel was very comfortable and had a good variety of choices for food and snacks. Metro stations very close by.

Slight issue with room key - need to use in elevator and there were problems the day we arrived with the system - several people had problems with the elevators - but by afternoon issue was resolved.

The breakfast was an extra charge, but was superb.

There was a suprise charge of about $80 to allow our young child in our room. Also, the check in and check out process was slow and somewhat complicated. The hotel was not really central to much except the subway and was more of a 3 or 4 star than a 5 st

The size and cleanliness of the room. The fact that it was so close to the metro. If you are travelling with heavy bags best to use the Glacier metro as there are escalators.

No wifi in rooms

Great location, great staff, great room, great beds. Stayed here with my daughter, and it was perfect. Easy to get to everything, and the neighborhood is great for cafes and restaurants.

Very similar to Marriott hotels in the US. Convenient to Metro stations.

AC wasn't working in first room and didn't work as well as expected in second room.

It was safe and clean. Service was good.
