Showers in the room, Nice sized tv with chromecast, wery nice lady in reastaurant, who helped me to get what I wanted even if it was not in regular menu, very polite cleaning personel

Very good location, comfortable beds, nice shower and nice decor.

Very bad lighting in the room, smell from the pool noted constantly in the lifts. Not a 5* standard.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were lucky to be upgraded and this added to our experience. The suite was large and comfortable. The food choice for breakfast was great, and the staff friendly and helpful.

No getting away from the fact that it's not a cheap hotel, but it is a small boutique hotel

Too little staff at the breakfast - long waits. But nevertheless super friendly!

Lovely staff and a great location. By coincidence, It was my birthday and they were very kind and generous. Nothing is tooMuch.

It was sadly more a four than a five star experience overall. The staff were very friendly but the service still not excellent and felt a bit clumsy. Also the fact that despite there being a restaurant there was only a bar snack service available and no room service was disappointing.For about 600 a night for a delux room unfortunately not worth the price

Rooms were clean, hotel staff very friendly & helpful. Facilities were in good condition

The location was great, the staff was super friendly and costumer oriented. The deco of the bedrooms was amazing and also of the lobby.

They did not have a reasonably and consistent food service. Room service very poor, the restaurant very desorganizad, the food was not bad but not at the level of the hotel. We asked room service and they only had spaghettis and plate of cheese. The rooms where very small. Too much noice because they have a construction on the building next door.

The room was incredible, a perfect end to a busy work trip. So comfortable, the personal wifi was a huge bonus, the bath and shower were amazing and the bed was super comfortable. I arrived 3 hours early but the front desk were happy to check me in, which was a real godsend - and generally the staff were just super friendly throughout my stay.They sent a complementary bottle of champagne to my room and I enjoyed a dip in their pool and sauna - which was quiet and so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious too, both the buffet and the menu items!The location is great also, in the mix of L'Opera and surrounded by some good Japanese restaurants and not far from la seine and le louvre. I perhaps wouldn't bother with the price tag if it was my first trip to Paris, as why would you spend so much on a hotel when there's things to see?? But given this was not a new destination for me, this was a dream stay in a luxurious, friendly, beautiful hotel.

Only very slight frustration was that there was a private event in the restaurant the night I stayed which meant the kitchen wasn't open for dinner for any of the guests, not even room service. I'd been in Paris for work and was looking forward to just a relaxing evening, so was a little disappointed. I ended up going out at around 9pm and when I came down to the lobby the event was over, so seemed a little strange they couldn't offer room service since it clearly wasn't a long event!

unique decor. location was pretty good. pool was fun.

Hotel is very pricey. Staff was not as friendly as other places we have stayed. Breakfast not served early enough so we had to go to the airport at 7 am without eating.

Rooms were clean and had luxury accommodations. The pool was extra nice.
