The staff is really good. Amazing services from them. Very very warm. One of the best staffs I ever had in a hotel. Mr Alexis is amazing. The WiFi was fast and allowed me to work properly during my time there.

The main elevator of the hotel was out of service. No special facilities.

There was no clothes rack or minibar in my room, which was a surprise to me, and I was in a 5-star hotel.

The hotel is very well located at walking distance from the grand Palais, its reception is very well decorated with a spacious and comfortable living room. The rooms were not very big but were spacious enough for a 2-day stay. They were well decorated, and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant has an excellent food, including the breakfast.

Location, cleanliness and facilities

This was our second time staying at this Hotel and so glad we did. The rooms are pretty and clean and wonderful Maid service. The location is perfect and on a side street, which is quieter. You also have a view of the Eiffel Tower. The Front Desk Staff was so friendly and helpful to our requests! The Concierge’s suggestions for restaurants and also getting our tickets for a gourmet Seine dinner cruise (which was beautiful )!

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch — every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable. While the space was on the smaller side, that’s completely expected in Paris, and it didn’t take away from the overall experience.We decided to upgrade to a room with a balcony, and it was worth every penny. The views were absolutely breathtaking — watching the city come alive from our own little terrace was one of the highlights of our stay.The location couldn’t be more perfect — right on the Champs-Élysées, with shops, cafes, and iconic landmarks just steps away. It made exploring Paris so convenient and enjoyable.Yes, it’s on the expensive side, but you truly get what you pay for in terms of service, comfort, and location. We have no regrets at all and would definitely come back on our next visit to Paris. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay.

If I had to point out one downside, it would be the limited space in the room. While beautifully designed and very comfortable, there wasn’t much room to open and store our luggage, which made it a bit inconvenient, especially for a longer stay. Still, this is quite typical for Paris, and it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience.

The location was perfect and the staff was exceptional. Very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The breakfast was also great and included a variety of hot and cold items, eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, etc. I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Room space is very small, I can barely walk around the bed. No iron, no coffee machine.

It was very hot outside for the season and the AC in the rooms was not yet operational so we could not sleep properly. The phones in the room were not working as well and took 2 days to be fixed .

Charming Stay Near the Champs-ÉlyséesThis hotel was such a good find—cute, clean, and perfectly located just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées. The staff was accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety, and one of our favorite features was the adorable little upstairs deck. It offered a great view of the Eiffel Tower

Not worth the money.

No staff were outside to pick up our bags so that’s a negative.Room wasn’t ready even though prior orders were made for an early check in

I booked this property for the family suite and terrace that had a view of the Effiel Tower. The terrace was closed during our stay which I was not advised of when booking. I understand the weather may not permit it to be opened at some times but it is the middle of April so it is not that cold to sit outside in the afternoon. The staff let us out to see the sparkling Tower but it wasn’t the same. We were very disappointed.

Staff was amazing and gracious about our early check-in. We loved our room- well-sized especially for Paris and very comfortable. Wish we had more time to stay there, honestly.

Staff was amazing. Facility super clean!! Beds comfy. Room very small no view. Didn’t like that the restaurant wasn’t open for coffee or snacks on Sunday and Monday mid day.

We loved the location of the hotel, the staff was amazing and the food for breakfast was delicious.

We were disappointed that we did not receive the room request that we had placed when we made the booking. We were also disappointed that the roof terrace was closed. That was one of the main reasons that we booked this hotel.

The hotel is located within a 2 minute walk of the Champs-Elysees and the metro system and an easy walk to both the Eiffel Tower and the Louve Museum. The staff were truly excellent and could not have been more helpful or accomodating. A special callout to Veronica and her collegue on the front desk that greeted us on our arrival, they could not have been more friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. If/when we return to Paris this will be our first choice for accomodation.
