Last minute price was reasonable.

I would call it a 3 star hotel instead of 4. There was no bathtub. The picture they included was misleading.

Very pleasant stay with wonderful staff, great location, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast was only fair.

Location great and right on the metro line. Lots of lovely restaurants and easy walk to main attractions. Staff were lovely

The shower wasn’t fitted to the wall so you had to hold it - other than that no complaints

Good location near transport & restaurants

The kettle & coffee pot were not located near a power point - I had to plug the kettle in on the floor.The shower was in the bath & I needed to hold the shower rose which may it difficult to wash.

Excellent location, there is a lovely cafe next door for morning coffee, very good bed, friendly staff!

There were only two hooks in the bathroom - both with a big dressing gown hanging from them. No other hooks in the room (or bath room or hallway) that was supposedly for three people. There was a low, narrow hanging wardrobe. Just enough for one person (with clothes for a couple of dats) as you had to hang your coat in it too - definitely not big enough for three. The big double window could not be opened a little: either wide open or shut (as the window moved all night if left ajar). A real issue for someone who likes to sleep with window open... Also, please, please do not put coloured cushions on clean beds… these cushions seem to just give a bit of colour but they are pretty useless, and who knows where they’ve been… ! I doubt they ever get cleaned. I just find it very unhygienic to have these cushions on a freshly made bed! All hotels seem to do this these days: it is totally unnecessary and quite yucky.

Miscommunication with the seasonal staff caused concern from our check-in, we did not get the room that was assigned to us

Super friendly staff

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Close to transport links for buses and Metro and close to the RER train link to the Airport. Loads of fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Free minibar was a nice touch.

Rooms were a bit too warm. Booked two rooms and we both turned off the heating but had to open windows during the night and we stayed in January during winter. Takes a while for hot water to warm up for the shower/bath.

Lovely little hotel situated very conveniently next to a metro stop. The area is lovely and quiet which was a welcome break from the centre of Paris. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the Staff are lovely too.

Rooms felt a little dated and you could hear noise from the next rooms but fine for a short stay!

Staff was super helpful and nice! Location is very good, close to metro and in a "close" proximity of attractions.

We had a family room as our daughter was with us in Paris, it met all our needs and gave us privacy.

Great 2 bed apartment rooms , was perfect for our family trip to Paris, staff helpful and obliging, no problem leaving our luggage twice whilst we toured the magical city! Great location, ideal for walking, bus, metro which were all close to hotel.

We felt sad we couldn’t stay longer

This is not a 4 star hotel. The room do not have hot water. I have to wait whole night for hot water. Extremely pricey for the size and equipment.

The location is excellent and basically near everything (metro, RER B, etc). The staff are very friendly. I enjoy the mini bar (drinks and snacks), which is free when arrival.

The room is a bit smaller than I would expect, but this is maybe what you get in Paris for 180 euros/night.

Close to Metro and a fun area of Paris for Eating out and getting around. Staff all very helpful and accommodating, would stay here again

The "cozy rooms" are small (as expected) but actually comfortable. The Hotel il well positioned (100mt to the closest subway station) and in a quite neighbourhood.Concierge service always available and welcoming.

Minor thing: the shower was not perfectly sealed.
