Novotel Paris 14 Porte d'Orléans

No English on tv ,no wash cloths, facial soap bottlle was empty and not refilled , breakfast food was under cook and awful

Location to public transportation, the staff, my overall room.

The room we booked which was the executive room was large enough and clean. My family and i really had a good time there. The stuff also is super friendly always greeting you with a nice smile and they all spoke English. The location is near to transportation stations so we were traveling with train, metro and buses no problem.

The hotel breakfast doesn’t have lot of options. I which they were making hot breakfast like omelette in the morning instead of just cold stuff.

Clean rooms and close to the metro.

Staff wasn’t as pleasant to work with. Bathroom in suite was split but the sink was with the shower. The toilet room didn’t have a sink which posed an inconvenience.

The breakfast was very good. Generally good room , comfortable bed, close to the subway station

The bathroom/wc not comfortable, extremely small, the water comes slowly. No bathrobes. Room was a bit cold, asked for extra duvet but never got one.

Everyone was so nice and helpful, room was very clean.

Tiolet is separated from the bathroom. You have to use another door at the other side of the room, then come back to the bathroom to wash your hands

Rooms are spacious compared to paris. Nice room, similar to pictures.

Location; a bit far from the centre but we knew this when we made the booking.

Our only 2 little negatives are that the bedrooms windows were sealed shut and the breakfast was limited and overpriced With 4 of us staying in 1 room, it became very stuffy even with the air con onAbsolutely beautiful hotel! Would definitely stay again

Not very friendly and would question the single housekeeping request we had. There were 4 of us and only gave 2 sets of everything and we just asked for slippers took them 2 hours.

Breakfast had great variety. However, some of it was not very tasty.

Proteins offered were not great.

Convenient location, courteous staff, cleanliness of the rooms, very good service.

We had a great stay at the hotel, greeted by the lovely staff, Manal Was Amazing, she was welcoming offering help all the time, when you go there ask for Manal

Almost Nothing

Overall ambience was good, reception staff were very helpful, housekeeping team were excellent keeping rooms nice tidy and clean.

Breakfast could do lot better. Choices were very basic and missing some key items which you would find is most of the 4 star establishments. Def more expected from big brand like Novotel. No beans, very basic limited choices of cheese, freshly cut fruits were limited as well, extra charge for an omelette which was way too high. Also only one sink that too in shower room, no immediate sink next to the toilet/wc which is very absurd in my opinion.

Very dirty. Resturant had filthy chairs. Rooms were not clean either

The decoration is amazing

The welcoming is not good at all , the stuff member do not help with language but it’s fine But they are not welcoming at all

Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is good and clean. Close to subway.

Breakfast can be better....Airco is a bit noisy...

Nice clean place. A bit far out from Garde du Nord/Center (20 stop) but easy enough to reach
