Few of the staff where nice most especially the night staff he smiles at guests and I felt welcome by him. but the female staff they walk in on me in my room every day without knocking and when they knock they don’t wait for response. that’s very unprofessional and annoying.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Even though the accommodation is a little bit far from the center it is well connected, there is a metro and bus near the hotel at 5 min walk so its not that a big of a problem. I definitely recommend this hotel!

I got overcharged for my booking as their system didn’t capture the first payment I made. It was acknowledged that I was over charged. Two months later, I still haven’t been refunded.

Some lights in the corridor were flickering. Poor Wi-Fi in the room.

The first night I stay, the room was warm but three nights after the room was cold. I asked the staff to check, he is very helpful to check but the room remained cold

A wonderful stay at this B&B in Paris. The service was excellent, the staff were extremely welcoming, and the place was spotless and well maintained.

The parking garage is a bit narrow for my car. The exit system is a hazle. It can be a bit simpler and also the price can a bit cheaper of you are staying in the hotel...atleast free parking for guests.

Very welcoming and supportive reception, whenever I asked for extra towel or any help, they were very fast with it. Hotel is clean, warm. Room was spacious. Good breakfast.

I was a little skeptical when booking as the photos does not seem to reflect the reality. The room was so spacious, with one big double bed and 2 singles. A shower and a bath, coffee and tea facilities, microwave and fridge and above that so clean and eco friendly. The staff is so nice and friendly too and metro and buses are all nearby.
