- Poor
Cons -
- Everything Management is very rude
- The room was a bit unclean espcially under the bed and around the cabinet. Very strict check in time. Walls and doors were very thin and you can hear the next door rooms very clear. Elevator was not working when I visted.
- Dirty bedsheets and pillow cases with what seemed to be sweat stains, most likely have not been changed after the previous guests.

Poor
Dirty bedsheets and pillow cases with what seemed to be sweat stains, most likely have not been changed after the previous guests.
It was close to the metro, there were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The cleaning lady made sure we had clean towels and our bed made every day.
There were brown stains on the bed frame.
Great location, clean and comfortable.
A part of the shower pane was missing, the water was splashing on the bathroom floor. Otherwise everything was fine.
The bed was comfortable
First the owner doesn’t speak English, just French and it was hard to communicate, the room was 2nd floor, had to carry luggage by stairs. The toilet was so tiny, hard to wash the face, there was water noise in toilet all the time. Toilet mirror was broken and dirty. If you’re staying alone maybe it’s fine to choose this hotel, with spouse or kids it’s not recommended!
Excellent location if you want to use public transport. All transport options were a 2‑minute walk from the hotel. At the same time, the hotel room was extremely quiet — no traffic noise could be heard.
Everything was great, the people at the front desk were respectful and helpful during my stay, rooms cleaned everyday, your in a convenient area near food, nightlife and metro. The locals around nice and friendly so overall very good experience!
The walls are kind of thin but I didn’t mind honestly and the only thing I would improve is just the heaters. The heaters work but not that warm as they can be so it can tend to get very cold now that we’re entering winter so bringing or wearing extra layers at night is an essential but overall still great!
comfy bed, close proximity to a metro, lively street. Free wi fi, quiet rooms
Loose bathroom handle, water seeping too far across wet room floor, harsh lighting. Radiator controls at waist hight banging into when going in bathroom, dangerous.
For a supposedly 1 star hotel, this place goes above and beyond such a standard. It had by far the best bathroom I've had in a month of hotels, and the best chair (not a little thing when you want to sit for an hour or two at the desk). Great big comfy bed, and the floor and general cleanliness were excellent. Very pleasant reception people, who were happy to keep bags before check-in time, All good. Great location 2 minutes from the Metro, in a very interesting area of Paris.
It was a very large bed, slightly too big for the size of the room, if truth be known. And the standard (Parisian) lack of working lift lets it down slightly.
The receptionist were really kind and helpful.Very comfortable bed. Hot water all day.
We could hear EVERYTHING from other rooms.
It was close to the metro and there was restaurants and markets around the hotel.
Elevator didn't work. Furnitures in my room were damaged and old.
The property was next to the metro station, and perfect to go practically everywhere in Paris. The owner was exceptionally nice and helped us with everything.
Unfortunately on two out of four days we stayed here the fire alarm went off for about 30 minutes to an hour. Even though I’m sure someone was smoking in the room, which is entirely not the owners fault, it did take a while to turn off which left us with a slight headache.
Photos are not up to date on here. Actually a lot nicer in person. Bathroom was very modern finish with high quality shower.
Very thin walls, can hear all the neighbours. No functioning lift (this was possibly just when we visited)
Near to train station
No evelator and we stayed at 3rd floor
It smelt nice in the reception and the beds were quite comfortable.
The room was extremely basic. We weren't expecting the Ritz, but we've stayed in cheaper places that were much better than here. We had a kettle but no cups or spoons. We had a broken chair. The bathroom smelt musty, and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. There wasn't anywhere to put your clothes or towel and toiletries in the bathroom. No shelves, hooks, or units, so you had to put your belongings on either the floor or on the toilet lid. The bathroom wasn't clean enough for that. The room was freezing all the time, too. I'm just glad we weren't staying any longer.
- Good position close to the metro and a great bakery - comfortable bed - staff was nice
- the room was not very clean. There even were a few squashed mosquitoes on the wall, and there was a thick layer of dust on the desk in the room- the walls are SUPER thin so you hear people talking, coughing, closing a door etc as if they were inside your own room. you can only hope on the mercy of the fellow guests! - it’s entirely possible we were in the worst room of the whole hotel. The bathroom smelled bad. The shower door was missing a piece so it didn’t close, there was very low water pressure in the shower and there was no way to regulate the height of the shower head. there was no towel hangers. no place to hang the clothes/jackets in the room either - there were a few hangers, but the cabinet there was broken and had zero place to actually hang those. - low supplies. We only had two minibottles of shower gel, and had to go ask for more since they hadn’t left more when cleaning (we stayed for 7 nights). We ended up completely finishing toilet rolls on the last day so that as well was barely enough
The location and and the price were fair enough. Site staff was speaking the basic of English which is not obligatory in France, we appreciate that we could understand them. Really good neighbourhood with a lot of markets and boulangeries.
Very small room without closet or somewhere to put your clothes. Not enough room to open your suitcase. Old and small bathroom, barely clean.
It was clean and near the metro
Somethings were a bit broken, the door handle to the bathroom was broken. And the shower head
It was terrible.
The room was dirty, the curtains had stains and were almost pulled off, the window didn‘t close, the bathroom had an awful smell
