Very close to Gare Lyon, good free wifi. Recommended only if you need cheap hotel in this particular location.

Bed was strange - too low and a full constructed of 2 awkward tiny single beds. Room felt too shabby for 3 star

Location is very very close to the Gare de Lyon station. Lots of public transportation is available all around the place. The personnel at the reception were very well behaved and very supportive. Breakfast was good.

Room and bathroom were all good. However there was no cupboard or table in that room. All they have in that room is a tiny metal stand and three tiny shelfs attached to the wall. I had to boil drinking water in the bathroom.

Good location, good breakfast, comfortable bed. The room was clean and in good condition.

The room was oddly shaped and it was difficult to get around the bed. There weren’t any electrical plugs beside the bed to charge electronics. There was a smokey smell and noise from the the toilet room through a window that opened into a mechanical alcove.

Flat pillows on the bed. Was not provided wifi at check in. Was on a card at reception.

Good breakfast. Very good location and comfortable beds. Clean rooms and free water available all day.

No minifridge and limited space to hang clothes.

All the staff is amazing and very helpful. The location is great to visit Paris, with a nice restaurant just one block away. Also, the breakfast is amazing, lot of choices, in a calm and large room.

The bathroom in our room was a bit small, but it is to be expected at this price in such a nice and vibrant location.

Amazingly well renovated old building. My room was tiny (even though I was apparently upgraded), but all the existing space was really well organized for a comfortable stay. Small cube-like shelves had a row of hangers set-up below, while inside one cube, there was a kettle and a hair-dryer. Below TV there is a metal minishelf, perfect for my laptop and it also has some electric plugs. The room had a special stand for my suitcase. The bathroom set-up included a sink and a shower cube right inside the tiny bedroom..but it all worked well. I really loved that the round mirror above the sink was largre and came with a built-in light. Also, good bed-side lighting.. Fantastic location for catching TGV from Gare de Lyon (about 400m). Also, there is an amazing coffee shop-bakery next to the hotel..

The bed was incredibly soft and the corridors were tiny...but perhaps that's the charm of central Paris..

I have stayed here several times and will again. The breakfast is worth the money and the location is great.

The cleaning staff didn't come to our room so I had to take the towels down to the desk, but the desk staff were amazing and actually refunded some of my fee. They also need more electrical outlets near the beds.

Super convenient with it being a 5 min walk from Gare de Lyon and lots of great restaurants around. The Boulangerie next door has the best croissants!

The room we were in was insanely small. You couldn't walk past the bed standing up because of the TV on the wall. Getting suitcases to the other side of the room required lifting them across the bed. The bathroom was so small you couldn't sit on the toilet without your knees hitting the door. The elevator wasn't big enough to fit more than one person + one piece of luggage. Really disappointing to have such a small and cramped room.

-The bathroom was dirty upon arrival.-asked for an extra blanket and was told there was not any.-messaged twice about arranging a ride to the airport and no one ever got back to me.-staff unfriendly.-heat and a/c was controlled by the front desk and not in the room, when called to adjust the temperature no one answered the phone.-first thing in the morning housekeeping kept banging the vacume cleaner on the room door.-when trying to leave housekeeping had the vacume cleaner and cords blocking our door making it extremely difficult to get our luggage around, elevator was blocked by cleaning supplies.

We loved this hotel; the location which is about a block away from Gare de Lyon, all the staff, especially the front desk and manager Lorena. Any questions we had, the staff were there to answer. We also have to mention how nice the breakfast personnel were, and the breakfast was very satisfying. The various cheese's were a nice touch and the mini croissants, breads, cold cuts, yogurt, eggs, bacon, etc were tasty. The rooms aren’t huge but seem newly remodeled and very clean. It was a very positive experience and we would return when we visit Paris again.

The location right near Gare de Lyon was very convenient. The breakfast room/ salon was nice and spacious.

The hallways were really dirty , the rugs really need better vacuuming. The carpet is stained. The prices seemed to have almost doubled since we stayed there 3 years ago. The staff for the most part weren’t friendly. We expected alot better considering we liked it a few years ago.

Great location for Gare de Lyon and next door to an excellent patisserie. Charming, friendly, helpful staff and a nice breakfast. Room was just what we needed and well appointed .

The staff at the reception were okay and did their job but nothing more. Paris is expensive, if you go to an other French city you'd get so much more for this price...
