Location is great and the check-in experience is very digital. You can prepare all you information ahead of the visit. The hotel is great for a travel trip. The rooms are very small but you don't need much more when you are travelling for work.

My room was next to the elevator and during the day there is a bit of noise, which reduces at night.

The room was very clean and the staff polite and helpful.

Ben, the reception staff was very kind, polite and helpful. We felt very welcome. Ben allow us to drop our luggage as our rooms were not ready. When the room was ready, he notified us.Early check in is possible if there is available room. 5 mins walk to Metro Grands Boulevards.The bed was comfortableWifi was good.Thoughtful us of the small toilet space with adequate shelving Lift providedHangers and hook available for clothingsWater dispenser and level 1, there is a kettle too

15mins walk to RER (mainly due to our large luggages)

Pretty small rooms and bathroom but was alright for me as I spent most of the time outside anyways. Very minimal items in the room, no kettle or fridge etc, but more than welcome to use them in the shared space in the lobby. The location was brilliant, so close to everything I wanted to see, lots of food choices around as well. The staff were always friendly and helpful

I like the location and the access to filtered water and hot water for tea in the lobby.

The picture listed with this property is inaccurate. Our room was very small. The gym was also very small and some of the equipment was broken.

Fantastic, clean, efficiently managed by prompt staff to respond and help, great location, good breakfast. Simple but quality food. No complains at all.

I guess this is similar everywhere..small and very compact rooms.

Clean, comfortable rooms, with exactly what I needed. Well placed, new, and my room had a nice view of the Parisian rooftops.

Position

No air-conditioning and it was a very hot week. I would have expected a reduction in price for not having such a vital facility

The property is in a good location near many affordable restaurants. Area is very safe, even at night. Hotel is clean and staff is nice. Close to many metro stations. Our room was very spacious, cute, and modern.

The entire room and bathroom had a foul odor- like drainage or sewage. The smell was terrible. We stayed for 6 nights, so the smell made it an unpleasant stay. Also, there was a small patio right outside our bedroom. The lock of the glass door did not work, so we were concerned the first night about the safety of someone getting into our room. Lastly, the room would become hot, and the AC was not working properly. The air was not cool. These three issues should be fixed for future guests.

Close to center by walk or bus train lots of good restaurants Very friendly staff yaz was great Highly recommend if u want to be close to everything.

Room was a bit small

Perfect location. Lovely rooms. Very welcoming staff.

The location is good. Walking down to the louvre for 15 min. Also nearby metro station. We arrived midday, and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms , big enough for our family The staff were extremely helpful. Definitely, we would love to come back.

The size of the room was great, three of us happily coexisted for two nights. My son enjoyed his bed under the eaves as it felt like a little den. There was a nice view out of the window. The staff were really helpful, giving us directions, booking us a taxi and explaining the metro system. There were drinks available from the little kitchen - no kettle or coffee machine in the room - including hot and cold drinks. There was air conditioning in the lobby and kitchen/breakfast area.

We went during a heatwave, it was 34 degrees outside. Our room was on the 6th floor and the air conditioning didn't work! Two fans had been placed in our room and we were recompensed for the lack of air con. There needed to be more information on the website for how to get to the hotel by public transport. The closest metro station is "Bourse" pronounced "Boss" in an English accent! It's only five minutes' walk away.

Air con was broken while we were there and although we had a fan, it was hard to keep the whole room cool.
