Poor customer service and for a 4 star hotel, rooms should never be beside something loud and rumbling

My rooms were already paid for but they requested 70E more per night if we wanted to stay. At that point we had no choice but to pay. Also the staff was rude. The last day when we came back for our luggage the hostess told us we couldn't come in.

The service. Hostess was really rude. Had a hard time yo ver our luggage back. She wouldn't let us in the hotel.

Fantastic location. Lovely bar overlooking the Seine and friendly staff with good English who tolerated our poor French admirably.

If getting a taxi it's best to get them to drop off at Gare de Austerlitz and walk as the entrance to the quay is barrier controlled and we waited ages (with the meter running) to get through. It's only a couple of hundred meters.

The was good from the Room. You get amenities 9n request, good location.

Room is not very spacious for 2 guests it's not enough.Bathroom is small too.

Loved everything about this place. Quirky hotel, lovely staff, facilities were awesome and the bed was super comfortable. I didn't actually take any photos of the room, but the lighting system was cool. We got to have showers in any colour of light we wanted!

Stylish modern hotel with friendly staff and a room inches above the Seine. A unique experience

Loved the rooms- lovely design, beautiful looking out onto the river (we had a river view), delicious breakfast and great pool. Team were so helpful , gave us white gowns when we requested and loved the cheese board and wine on the comfy chairs in the evening

It’s not something we didn’t like, only we suggest you get more comfy chairs or sofas in the bar area. Everyone was waiting for the rocking chairs to become free! A few more comfy seats for relaxing would be perfect!

Great location and atmosphere within the hotel.

The noise from other boats and more so the metro line was so so loud. There was also a nightclub nearby where the music was very very loud.

Breakfast too expensive. WC very small. Shower weak.

Location was fine - you could walk to Notre Dame along the River.

One night, a corporate bar party was a bit loud.

Good location, interesting concept in the water of Seine

Very dusty room, rather small for 2 people, lighting in the room is poor, heating/air conditioning did not work.

I liked the staff attention when checking in and checking out.You can't get closer to la Seine !The place for it's size is very well accommodated.Can't get cozier.

I am a sensitive person so sound proof it's important for me but once the earplugs were on, no sound came by. Although punctually, movement from another room was felt.

It was unusual and fun to be on the river

Just near some odd area where there were drug users on the side of the river bank it didn’t feel that safe

surprised to see a boat at arriving (not clearly stated in the description), however very nice hotel and rooms with view on the Seine. Full comfort, very good beds, nice location as right next to Jardin des Plantes.

Rooms are a little small

The concept was nice and the view from the room directly on the Seine is quite lovely.

Unfortunately, about everything else. Mainly that the temperature control was either non working or just not adequate (after correcting for some 'known issue' the staff warned us of). It was way too cold inside the room and the corridors were not heated at all.The room itself was small, which is understandable given the setting, but that does not excuse the rather poor state of the furniture and installations. The fittings looked tired and some surfaces were loose.Also the WiFi was not quite stable.Lastly, not exactly the hotel's fault but if you're considering this place, you should note that their bar does not really serve food and that the place is not easily accessible by car rides (supposedly taxis can get in but their definition of 'taxi' excludes even G7 taxis).
