Hotel Lilas Gambetta

Nobody told us about breakfeast price. Everything is in french writen even labeles and price information. We were suprised for extra payment.

Nobody speak english. Nobody gave information. We were not well informed

Great location in a quiet residential area with great connections. The staff were friendly and the room, though small, had everything we needed. Great value for money!

The hotel is between 2 metro stations making it very easy to get around fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned daily. I found the bed very comfortable. I was told before my trip that getting hot water may be a problem but, I had plenty of warm water.

I had a single room but there were 2 twin beds in the room making the room feel a bit cramped. One bed would have been better. I would have also liked a place to put my clothes, a dresser instead of the second bed would have made the room perfect.

Its close to a grocery store and train station

It took 2 days to change my room where the radiator didnt work properly and I had to sleep cold

Easy from Gare de Lyon: Bus 61 is direct to the Hotel; a little walk to catch the same bus for the return.

Boring neighborhood in front of large military barracks

The room was comfortable, and the staff very nice. The hotel was easily accessible with public transport and easy to find.

I was quite desperate for a shower after a day of travelling, so I grit my teeth and ignored it, but there were bits of at best dirt, at worst mold in the grout between the tiles in the bathroom, including in the shower, which was quite offputting

You get good value for your money, the staff are always available, and helpful and nice. The location is close to metro and buses, easy to get around. Thank you

Very friendly & helpful staff, clean and correct, close to Porte des Lilas Merro where i needed to be.

Breakfast room could be a bit more tastefully decorated with more appetizing presentation of foods. Would.be easy to add a bit more charm & character to reception area and rooms

Terrible cleaning in the room/bathroom

They provide paid parking 20€ far you need to walk arround 15 min + hearing of outside rooms voices

Near to the metro, bur in Paris everywhere is near the metro.

Lack of English and also they consisted to pay in cash for the “Extra fees”!Also the cleanness is tolerable, and no more.

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. I love the The location was great. The hotel is a clean one and my room is clean. The veranda outside of my bedroom was also very great- allowed me to step out of my room to have a look of my environment. The service is quite good.

The fan in the bedroom was not great and not of good quality. It was very hot in the room throughout my stay.

Excellent and very polite staff who speak good English and are 7/24 available. The reception was available for luggage storage.There is an elevator. The room was so clean and cozy, all necessities (including TV and fan) were provided. I really enjoyed my single night stay.The location is good and safe as well - groceries, subway, tram and bus stops are few steps away :)

Almost nothing. 95% clean :) just maybe a big light for bedroom would be a nice idea (besides night lambs). And if the price would be more budget friendly:))

Friendly staff, small room but clean. Close to metro and a good Italian restaurant. Breakfast is not lavish but very good. Recommended.
