Staff & managment were friendly, attentive,and helpful even before we checked in. The hotel wanted and appreciated our business and went out of their way to make sure we would chose to stay with them again. Definitely will! Breakfast a bonus.

The hotel staff were amazing. They were very friendly and willing to help with suggestions on activities and restaurants. The room actually came with a full bath. The afternoon tea and evening wine tasting were added bonuses.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the boutique style of the hotel - small and comfortable. Cozy in the nicest sense of the word - small rooms yes, but to be expected in Europe. It was very comfortable and well appointed.

There were many issues with this hotel. Moldy bathroom, tub wouldn't drain, dirty, end table broken, small sink in the bathroom, old/worn out towels, tired carpet and walls.

Front desk was friendly.

Rooms were basic and tiny and I was in the largest room on my floor. I'm really surprised this is a 4 star, as it felt more 3 star by European standards and 2.5 star by American standards. Lift/elevator could only fit one person with suitcase.

Friendly staff, nice wine reception each evening, quiet yet close to Metro station.

This hotel is in a great part of town for walking to sites or doing shopping. A grocery store, cafes, restaurants are nearby. Directly next door to the hotel is a police station so the area is very safe.

I consistently heard noises, pounding and screaming coming from one wall. The front desk told me that I shared the wall with a jail. That was not awesome. Also, my door seized and I couldn't enter my room until a locksmith came. That was inconvenient.

Staffs are really kind, friendly and helpful. The room with balcony is good,we like it. There are many restaurants and stores along the street to Opera, even a supermarket just nearby, very convenient!

Bath room is too small. Wifi signal drops in about every ten minutes! A little faraway from Opera.

Close to Montmartre and Moulin rouge, quite far from the center (arc de triomphe, shamps elysees, eiffel tower ).Poor breakfast.

The location.

There was a glass of champagne as a reward for not using the room cleaning service. But, although I did not use the service, they didn't let a voucher in my room. I had to ask for it at the reception desk and the guy stared at me and asked if I was sure..

We had a room on the 5th floor, NO ELEVATOR, we had to carry our heavy luggage to the room with some help from the staff. There was a problem with the elevator and it lasted the whole time we were there. They gave us free breakfast upon request!
