Moody night porter - sorry I woke you up! I only wanted water. Shower so small you couldn't bend down.

Near métro and handy for shops and the sights!

The breakfast could be improved a little, e.g. the warm dish nice but baked beans looked dry!

The only thing I like is location

It was dirty, they didn’t clean the toilet when I arrived and receptionist said that now they can’t do anything. It doesn’t correspond to images i saw on booking. Very thin walls , you can hear everything from the next door. And too expensive for the room i payed.

Location. Close to everything I wanted to visit. As a solo traveler I felt safe. Loved that it had a fridge.

A little noisy

If you want a hotel room around the Opera, this hotel is probably the best. Only 5 minute walk or 1 station away with metro.

It's not that I didn't like but I was expecting more variety on breakfast buffet.

Great location and great price.

The room was good, but both the mattresses and pillows could be more confortable. The bath was so small that was very difficult to take a shower. There was no curtains, so it would get the entire bathroom wet and slippery. And the height of the shower head was very small. Plus the bathroom didn't had a good smell, probably from the plumbing. The staff was a bit rude and I asked a simple question about the invoice in the checkout.

The only thing I didn't like was that I booked double bed and it was two singles joint together and they kept separating

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the room was spacious, clean, and warm, with a comfortable bed. It’s situated on a quiet street, which made me feel safe as a solo traveler, and it was easy and quick to reach the nearby metro and bus stations.

The sound insulation was poor — I could hear every noise from the hallway, and the cleaning staff were quite loud when entering nearby rooms, which made me wake up earlier than I had planned. Another thing I didn’t like was the outdated furniture, although it didn’t ruin the overall experience.

Great place for visiting Paris. We had a superior room which was quite large for this class of hotel in Paris. Clean. Nice place for dinner and a nice place for breakfast close by. Staff wonderful- we arrived early and they found us a room to change in so we could sightsee in clean clothes before our room was ready

Everything in this hotel was perfect!Very comfy bed, good cleaning, polite staff, they kept our luggage safe before check in and after check out. Hotel is located close to important attractions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

The location was great — perfect for those who like to walk around.

It was cold outside, but the room was very warm.I tried to turn on the air conditioner, but couldn’t figure out how to operate it, which was a bit inconvenient.The elevator was also quite slow.However, the staff were kind and very helpful.I’d love to stay here again on my next trip.

The bathroom could do with some updating

Location was good and as old hotels in old buildings go, this was pleasant. Our room was on the top floor and well away from traffic noise and we could even open the windows. The oak beams for the ceiling were exposed and added ambience to the room - just as in the photos. The bathroom was small but functional. All spaces, corridors, the staircase and the entrance/reception area were all fairly compact.

Sadly the elevator failed and could not be fixed over the weekend but this meant we had valuable exercise getting to our room, and the staff were always cheerful watching us come and go. Note that no bookings of anything in Paris are refundable at any time. Hotels, museums, etc all require immediate payment at the time of booking and if you have to change, bad luck. But you must book early or you will not book at all.

The elevator was broken over two days which was inconvenient if you are at 5F and staircase was really narrow
