Great room size and Bed was comfy. The location was really convenient and staff were helpful and attentive.

room electronic controls & were A/C were difficult to figure out, and manage. the closet hanging space was limited for 2 people. coffee and juice (in the morning) were 24 Euro, so try to get breakfast included.

The room was amazing. The staff were absolutely wonderful!

The hotel is about 3 blocks from the metro. Taking a taxi may be the best option, unless you don't mind walking.

Room had smell of fresh paint. Nothing to break the deal but the smell was a little string.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional, we really enjoyed our stay. It was my wife's birthday and they made some great recommendations for restaurants and went the extra mile to make sure it was special, including balloons and a cake for her birthday!

Only the smell from the restaurant in the corridor from the entrance door to the elevator , smells like fish and kitchen!Didn’t like that they have charged me on extra massage, I only ordered one to my room and they billed me for 2 !

during my stay housekeeping was very rude and not clean , unprofessional at all . I hated the whole stay from what i have been through in the hotel . House keeping they used my own perfumes for their personal use this is so bad . Bed sheet was very very rough and dry not cotton they we relise the bed sheet is linen we couldnt slept well from itching , ac is hardest ac no ones know how to manage it too strange . Bad experience ever

Location, restaurant, gym were all fantastic for a weekend break.

Top Location and food in the restaurant was really "tres magnifique".

The bathroom is more thought for partners and not for friends as the shower room is see through glass.

The dinner restaurant was amazing, lovely new and well-designed hotel, was very stylish. Great doormen and parking facilities which are rare for Paris, always smiling and helpful.

The hotel is let down by its facilities and newness, the wifi is horrendous, and we couldn't work, had to cancel important Zoom calls. The excuse was they are doing maintenance but by reviews, it's been an issue since they opened. The waiting staff need a notebook for the number of times we got an incorrect order for any meal or drink during breakfast or Lunch. If you leave the room for 2-3 hrs and ask for it to be cleaned don't expect it done when you return. Our suite was cleaned 2 times in 7 days as we weren't out for longer than 3hrs at a time. The best bit was trying to ask for a spare duvet or quilt and being delivered a beer, after the 4th call down to housekeeping. Lots of teething problems they need to work on and once resolved it will be the amazing hotel it looks like.
