Timhotel Paris Gare De Lyon

Proximity to the Gare Lyon station. Good patisserie on the corner.

Room was VERY small and run down, as was the neighborhood. Some staff were very helpful, but offset by the mood of others.

Close to shopping

Room too small and could not even sit a suitcase out , AC did not work, wall were dirty. Hotel iron was shared by the entire hotel which did not even work.

Location was good

Many things- star level is not correct, no a/c, loud, not to my standards with anything.

Location: Timhotel Paris Gare de Lyon enjoys a convenient position just steps from Gare de Lyon station and close to many alfresco cafés, restaurants, and pharmacies. Its central location makes it easy to reach Paris’ landmarks and explore the city on foot.Staff: During my stay, the staff were welcoming and helpful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. While experiences may vary, I personally found them attentive and accommodating.Check‑out: After checking out in the morning, I was able to leave my luggage safely at the hotel. This service made it possible to continue exploring Paris comfortably before my onward journey.

- The room and bathroom were smaller than expected, though manageable for a short stay, and the lighting felt a bit dim.- The lift is very compact, fitting only two people with large luggage at a time.- As is fairly typical in many European hotels, English-language TV channels were not available.- There was no mini fridge in the room, so guests who rely on these amenities should be aware of this limitation.

A quick overnight stay before an early train brought me here. It was exactly what I needed so close to the train station

Great breakfast selections!

Tight quarters, not much room to move about around the bed, banged my head on wall mounted tv getting around door of the bed.

Clean, excellent room size, great staff

The price…it almost doubled from the first time I looked at it…my fault. Should have booked weeks earlier.

We were given a corner room that was spacious enough for three people, including the bathroom. The receptionist was available 24 hours a day. The hotel was close to a supermarket and coffee shops. The location was easily accessible by metro and bus, and was near a major train station, making it convenient for traveling to other countries by train.

Minor problem from us, we experienced an issue with the hot water in our room, but after informing the receptionist, it was fixed immediately. Moving forward, it would be appreciated if the hotel could check the facilities thoroughly before guests check in

No bathroom exhaust, which is terrible if sharing more one person

Clean room, polite staff at the reception waiting 24/7, close to railway and metro!

Just approximately over an hour there were no warm water, so my wife needed to wait in a foam until the hot water supplied :)Timy insects in a container of oatmeal.Everything else was perfect!Thank you! Merci!

Great location for catching train - South.

Room a bit small for 2 people (2 single beds)

the pillows were so comfortable, there were different types to choose from! i slept well, the rooms were also pretty big for Paris standards. I loved my stay.

Tim Hotel was clean, close to Gar De Lyon ( 7-10 minute walk ) Room had windows you can open, and staff was friendly and kind. Also has a bath/ shower. Lovely to take a bath in! Highly recommend.

Good location for Gare de Lyon, comfortable beds and everything you need for an overnight stay.

Expensive, noisy air conditioning

Great location and felt very safe and clean. Good selection of places to eat nearby. Hotel was comfortable but no frills.

The shower was a bit weak.

We had some problems and the staff was helpful (for example the lights went out only in our room at a certain point), other than that I wouldn't recommend it for three people groups.

First, the room wasn't made for three people, the beds occupied too much space so I guess it was originally a two people room (it was room 4, I don't about the others). Second, the only window (a door one) was locked because you could have opened it also from outside (we were a little below the ground floor of the street); we asked the staff to open it and at night we put our luggages in front of it just to be safe. And third, you could hear everything, from the metro to the people upstairs and the toilet flushes of all the other rooms.

Good value basic hotel location was excellent for a 1 night stop over near train station

The property is near the station Gare de Lyon, near supermarkets and a lot of other facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The staff were efficient and friendly, everything worked, it was easy to leave bags after check-out for collection later in the day.

There was a slight issue with crockery and cutlery not being immediately available at breakfast.
