Great location, very clean and well kept rooms and facility. Staff was very kind and welcoming, helped out with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris for any period of time.

A surprise from the hotel - a room with a view of the Efel Tower! The location of the hotel is very good! Lots of restaurants, stores and close to transport!

No remarks, I will definitely come again!

Great location, right between the Arc De triomph and Trocadero\EiffelStaff was lovely and helpful, they even replaced our minibar when it wasn't working.Room was very clean and the bad was perfect.Didn't try breakfast.

There was a bit of noise from renovation next door, but only noticeable when opening the window.Elevator was a bit slow, but you didn't have to wait for too long since there were two.Room was a bit small.

The rooms were so small , no room for a suitcase. On the bed was two single mattresses, that kept slipping apart. When you opened the bathroom door it was hitting of the toilet. There was hooks missing from the curtains.The breakfast was very poor.

for medical reason we left one day earlier and they didn’t took this in consideration and charge us every single day.

Perfect location - just a few blocks from Arc de Triumf and Trocadero square. Cozy room, a little bit vintage, with true Parisian vibe, however decoration is dedicated to American film 'Singing in the rain'. Too bad but the cd-disk player did not produce any sound. The idea to put it in the room and play the music from the film was nice. You also have a kettle and tea and coffee stuff as well as minibar in the room.At bathroom you have the cosmetics set and make-up mirror, towels - everything is good.Parisian breakfast and buffet are available in the cafateria near the reception - tasty and good selection.

I could hear my neighbours and each noise from the coridor.No slippers in my room, however other rooms had.Had birthday - no greetings from hotel staff.

We travelled for work as a group of colleagues. all with a reservation and to one of them they did not have a room (even with a confirmed reservation), had to look for another place at a higher rate. Staff tried to help but were not apologetic. they just gave the room away before 17:00. Not very professional specially when you can not trust the hotel on work trips. Probably we will avoid it on the next business visit.

The location is very good, close to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty.

The fire alarms went off twice during the night; The rooms were freezing cold in the morning and we had no electricity in our sockets all night so ended up having no battery on our mobile phones on the day we were travelling back home!

This was my first time in Paris, and the accommodations were immaculate. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff was hospitable.

Coffee was dreadful. Bedroom temperature not controllable & very hot. Slept with windows open & after several complaints requested to be moved to another room. Still very warm.

Great location, we also asked for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the hotel accommodated our request.

Nothing stood out too us, we spent most of the days out and about.

The staffs are amazing. They helps with everything you need. cleaning was also an important point.

The room so small and don’t have bathroom sockets for hairdryer and flat iron. They have a hairdryer but doesn’t works for me.

Room was right next to reception and main entry so didn't get much sleep as it was loud till very late and very early morning. For the money paid, that's not great
