Need to go on stairs to the room. Was unexpected.

The hotel location was perfect Walking distance to the metro, main attraction and loads of shops and good restaurants The room size was bigger than the average hotel room in Paris. The staff beyond lovely and helpful I would stay again for sure

The shower pressure could be stronger

I found and killed a few bedbugs in my room after I was bitten.

Utterly rubbish bar. They had no wine and a very limited and expensive selection of beers.

It was like a 1 or 2 stars hotel, extremely small, mouldy bathroom, stinky sewage, bad room service

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location between the big departmen stores and Montmartre was excellent. Finally hotel staff arranged to ship the computer, which I had left behind by mistake.

Only one thing: music was playing continuously in the apartmenbt next to our room, which the hotel said they couldn't do anything about.

Location is very convenient, easy to get to the metro stations, lots of restaurants and shops around.

The room is tiny, I know the size of the room is listed in the description, perhaps I just didn't realise how tiny it was, very little space for 2 people. We stayed in Superior twin room.

Fantastic stay! This hotel is exceptionally comfortable , clean and quiet. Ideally located near top attractions and the metro. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring.

The hotel was in a great location. We walked to all main sights. It is located in a quiet street. It is a vibrant area very close to Printemps and Lafayette stores. The hotel is a short 5 min walk to Auber metro which links to Chatelet de Halles to get to and from the airport. There is a lift to all floors. Tea/coffee and refreshments are available for free in the afternoon in the foyer. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Clean, comfortable, central location, lovely staff- some nice touches like leaving tea & coffee plus snacks in the reception area for when you get back during the day

Location was great. Very nice decor and comfy beds. We went for a room slightly bigger than the basic and was the right choice, good amount of space for Paris standards.

We didn’t have a hair dryer or shampoo in the room. Not a big deal as we asked for it and they brought it over but still a slight inconvenience

Spacious and clean room, good location.

I have no complaints about the stay, it’s just that I’ve lost my hair iron - after check out I’ve contacted the desk, unfortunately they said that no lost item was reported by cleaning staff.

Great location.

Due to construction works nearby the hotel is incredibly noisy. The works start at about 7 AM and will not stop soon since several houses nearby are under reconstruction involving heavy duty works.

This hotel is located in a great location a short walk from St. Lazare train station and moderate walk to Gare Du Nord. Galleries Lafayette is less than two blocks away and metro and RER stations are close as well. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The room was a very good size considering Paris hotels at this price range are typically much smaller. The breakfast had a decent selection of hot and cold options. The bathroom and shower had been updated.
