Pleasantly surprised how big the hotel room is! More than enough room for 3 of us with suitcases. Our daughter loved having her own bedroom.Everything modern and clean. Big bathroom and separate toilet, big full mirror. Kettle in room, plus tea/coffee and water available in lobby. Good wifi.Staff are friendly and helpful, available 24 hours.Lovely cafes, supermarkets and metro close by.Great value for money, would recommend.

Possibly one of the best experiences I’ve enjoyed whilst staying at a hotel. Certainly one of the best value hotels I’ve ever stayed at. When booking my room I was a little apprehensive as I could see the room was a lot smaller than what I would normally consider but the layout is very efficient and they maximise every inch so that it feels a lot bigger than what it is. The room has all the conveniences that you need and everything is of a decent quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was great value for money, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the range of options, I would definitely recommend getting it. Whilst not being the most central located hotel, you are still in walking distance to all the major site, most within about 20-30 minutes but none no more than 40-50 minutes.

Under construction. Wish we had known that. Far from most of the attractions. Neighborhood is fine during the day but evening is questionable.

Our room was quite spacious and comfortable for four people. We liked the location and was near some charming and reasonably priced places to eat.

The breakfast was a little sad, the presentation and choices were lacking. I was quite happy with my stay until the very last moment. I asked the gentleman working the counter to call us a taxi for the airport and he called a "friend" and not an actual taxi company. When the "friend" came in to the hotel to pick us up, he gave the guy at the counter money. I saw him clearly give him a kick back. We were charged $100 euro for the trip, even though we were only charged $65 Euro when we came from the airport to the Hotel. This sort of graft, when the hotel clearly rips off tourists leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

Loved the place. Super great service and really nice rooms.

Our room was on the Main Street and it was quite loud at night.

Location, convenient and easy access to Metro

Room extremely small even by Paris standards, bathroom exceptionally small, not much space to store anything.

We checked in on Dec. 30, 2025 around 6pm. The female staff at reception kept us waiting even though we were there first, and took care of other guests’ requests first. I had to cut in when it happened for the third time, so she helped us instead of helping other.Not too long after we entered our room, there was another guest came in with his room key card, and asked us surprisingly if the room was occupied by us. We went to the reception and saw that guest was there to address the same issue. It turned out that the room was exactly distributed to us, however for unknown reason, that female staff also gave that guest the same room. Therefore, that guest was able to enter our room with his room key, which also led our room key being blocked. We had to request to re-activate our room key. I think the experiences I mentioned are unpleasant, especially not paying attention while distributing the rooms to guests. It is extremely disturbing from my point of view that guest's privacy is not valued enough by making such careless mistake.Other than above, nothing to complain.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful, especially Noor and Flore. They were both so helpful and shared advice and recommendations that really made our stay even better. Our check in and check out process was incredibly easy - we arrived early and were able to store our luggage and warm up in the lobby with tea, coffee and facilities. The hotel room has all the basic necessities that you need including space for small luggage, somewhere to hang/store clothes, hairdryer, kettle, mini fridge, and desk space. We stayed in a standard room which was quite small for two people and two carry-on luggages but overall it was in a great location and really good value for money.

This is more just an FYI for winter travellers, the bathroom in our room had huge European windows which meant it was extremely cold at night - the radiator helped a lot.

Very nice location. Clean, well equipped, good breakfast. Good housekeeping. And most importantly the reception staff super friendly and exceptionally helpful! Our receptionist was Flore and she is amazing! Super nice, welcoming, attentive and ready to help any time. Recommended!

Perfect location in a trendy area + easy to get to from the airport as well as East and North train stations. Very friendly staff, smooth check in, clean rooms equipped with everything one might expect from a 3* hotel. Unlimited hot drinks in the lobby and free luggage storage were also a nice touch.

Tiny rooms and very basic breakfast -at this price level, however, completely acceptable and offset by all the positives.

Soundproofing could be better, the room was very warm even though the heating was off.
