Mercure Paris Arc De Triomphe Wagram Hotel

Front desk staff were very helpful, kind and friendly!

Perfect in every thing .

Beautiful hotel right near the Arc de Triumph, nice amenities and breakfast bar

nothing!!

The location of the hotel

The cleaners are so annoying and they enter the room direct without taking permission and they are available only few hours till 2 pm . The toilets stuff are not available for 2 days until I asked for it.

The staff were helpful

The bar was and coffee house was misleading. There was no proper bar and just a coffee machine.

Great location and best alternative for the families especially the connected family double rooms. Very close to metro stations and Arc de Triomphe where you can enjoy with many restaurants / Cafes.I saw some negative feedbacks about the size of rooms but I believe this is tolerable considering the other positive things. Strongly recommending family rooms ...

Location is amazing.

Too noisy cause of the underground, you feel the vibration pretty much all day long. Bottled water is only provided at first day and never served again. Very careful on tea bags, feels like there is unnecessary financial control.

Clean, very good location. Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was very dark which was nice.

Rooms were small and pillow was like a rock. Made It difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Cooperative staffWe forgot our papers and wallet and came back a few days later intact and safe in the hands of the staff.

LocationFast internetNice staff and helpfull

Very small rooms and bathroomNo water refill

Location

Very inconvenient room and one had to wriggle to get into the bed. One of the smallest room that i have ever lived in with no view whatsoever.

Location, staff and hygiene

Breakfast was good but no variation, same thing everyday.Hotel is very well located and facilitates your holiday.

Room was too compact, and service was ok,

The location of the hotel was good, and I want to thank Vincent . His treatment was classy, cheerful, and helpful. He did not give up on me when I asked for a service from him, and he provided it with joy. Thank you, Vincent

The place was clean, the room quiet and the staff was excellent. They answered our question and they gave us valuable tips to enjoy Paris

Front access too narrow

So convenient. Adjoining rooms were great. Fab area. Clean and modern.

Extra facilities like pool/gym would have been great for kids. Breakfast had good variety but ran short toward end of breakfast period.

The location was excellent, check in check out was very fast. The hotel is close to bus / train station and the main shopping street. Surrounded by excellent food options including Indian ( Samrat)

The rooms were very small but I suppose this is what you get if you want to stay in a good location.

The location was perfect. A short walk to the Arch and Champs d'Elysees.

The linens were sub standard for a hotel of this cost. There as one light duvet on the bed, and since the AC in the room blows right down on the bed, the bedding wasn't warm enough, yet to turn off the AC was too hot. In addition, the bath towels were small and thin, and they only provided two in the room at a time for a couple.

Close to many facilities and activities. The personell especially the two ladies were just so great and service oriented. They really helped us a lot.

The rooms were exceptionally modern and clean. The staff were all amazing, they were so helpful throughout our stay, we will definitely return.
