The location of this hotel is no where near the area it says. It is in the worst part of town. We did not feel safe leaving the hotel or walking anywhere. The front desk staff was so rude. The rooms do NOT have air conditioning.

Creative, artistic, large well maintaied rooms. The restaurant has quality well prepared and presented food. The breakfasts are also excellent. I always come here as I have a studio across the street that is being reno and it's awlcome oasis in my chaos.

The problem was staff member checking out guy morning. I just had breakfast, was full and had to roll baggage and a dog across the street. I asked another staff (lovely lady) said no problem. I sat for 10 or 15 mins. Check-out guy told me to leave. Rude

The hotel is clean & close to sacre coeur & moulin rouge.Staff are really friendly and speaks english well. The room is big.

You have to go down your car to alert staff to open the garage door which is annoying because most of the time there is no visible staff available plus the cold weather everytime you get out the car. The hotel is hard to find at night.

    The decor was pretty cool.

The floors in the room were made out of a hard material very weird and gross. The ice cube bar was over priced and very disappointing, a big waste of money.

am extremely dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel in Paris. The quality of service was far below what is expected from a four-star hotel and did not even meet basic standards. At no point did I feel welcomed or comfortable during my stay.Furthermore, the hotel's parking facilities were in very poor condition, and the surrounding area was dirty and unpleasant, which significantly affected the overall experience. Considering the price paid and the hotel's rating, I expected a much higher level of service and comfort.I would not recommend this hotel to others and will not consider staying here again in the future.

Good property, friendly staff and the location is good. Not the best metro station is quite near, but for some people who don’t like that locality, it might be a problem, but otherwise it was really good.

Everything was good. Only the surrounding area was a little bit shady, but that’s fine.

The interiors were creative and interesting, fresh and fun. A little off beat. Also remarkably quiet.

The neighborhood was odd. A little uncomfortable at first but had no issues with safety.

The breakfast was good. A young man was making omelets to order. They had a nice coffee machine until it ran out of milk. The staff did their best.

Despite being assured multiple times that there was air conditioning in our rooms (Paris: stone and concrete in August with heat waves and climate change), our rooms were like saunas. Nearly no airflow from the AC. The solution was to open the windows, which put us in the position of entertaining the lovely people across the street on their balconies less than 100 feet away. This also led to the ethnic beat and raucous noise from the "Kabul Cafe" which entertained us until midnight. The very large, deep bathtub (which was nice initially), but when it was time to get out, it had no non-slip strips, pull bars, or handles to get out, which was dangerous. They advertise an "airport shuttle" which was the front desk people calling a taxi - not the same thing. The neighborhood streets didn't seem conducive to survival after dark on foot.

Room had a very nice design. The view from the room was also very nice, and access to transportation was very convenient.

Some lamps in the room were not working. Some items of the furniture tarted to show some signs of ware,

Spacious, comfortable and well appointed hotel near the Paris North Station

The hotel is in a non assuming side street but that allows for relative tranquil

    Not recommended!!! This is not...

The best way to describe this hotel: another one Paris scam. We booked an upgraded Junior Suite for €400 per night, but what we got did not match either the price or the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The issues started at check-in. At the reception we were told we would receive “an even better room than the one we booked.” When we entered this so-called upgrade, we were shocked. The room felt like a cheap, porn-themed setup, completely inappropriate for a comfortable stay. We politely asked to be moved to the room category we had originally booked. After several hours of discussion, the room was changed. Unfortunately, the new room was still far from being worth €400 per night very basic, worn out, and without any feeling of comfort, let alone a junior suite. Another major issue was the smell throughout the hotel. It was persistent and unpleasant, almost as if something was decaying somewhere. This lasted for the entire stay and seriously affected the overall experience. The service was unfriendly and indifferent, with no real effort to help or offer any form of compensation. At the end of our stay, the parking elevator broke, forcing us to carry our luggage by hand. The parking area itself feels like catacombs narrow, dark, and very inconvenient. While having parking is a plus, anyone with anything larger than a very small car risks serious difficulty or damage. Not recommended. For this price in Paris, there are much better options. This is not a true 4-star hotel it feels more like a low-quality motel.

I had a short stay. The room was spacious and had a unique design, I liked it. Everything else was good.

Just note that the parking garage is very tight, if you have a big car you might not get in easily. Location not the best, but not a big deal as you will probably not stay in the area.

    Functionally good but soulless

Bar area lacks ambiance. Couldn’t empty bath water

Beautiful rooms and enjoyed the parking facilities

Bit more effort taking train to central Paris. Would be ideal if it’s walking distance.
