- Friendly and helpful staff.
- Comfortable beds, ice cold air conditioning. Breakfast staff very kind.
- This hotel is in a great location ,the staff really helpful and nice , definitely will stay there next time , I was advise in the hotel about the different options for transportation and places to visit , super helpful
Cons -
- Hot/cold water hooked up backwards, scalded our hands. Bathtub caulking very moldy, giving a bad impression. Extremely amateurish repairs throughout the bathroom and bedroom give a poor presentation. For the price we paid, I feel taken advantage of.
- The only minor complaint was that the room was slightly chilly, and I couldn't see how to make it warmer.
- Spotty internet. Had to leave room ket with staff every time you left the room. Very, very loud--not soundproofed as stated, half of the staff was helpful. dirty bedding. bathroom need repair. Not the hotel the photos represent.
