Bathroom needs updating in the room we stayed in.

The cute bath, lovely foyer, good breakfast, amazing location, value for money!

The light from the hotel sign outside did shine in through the window a bit at night. That was my only problem!

Very friendly staff on reception and very helpful at all times. The hotel was very well positioned for exploring Montmartre and for local Metro stations.

Other guests ( staying as a group in adjacent rooms, were very noisy talking loudly outside doors, slamming and knocking doors very loudly without consideration for other guests. Perhaps the hotel could advise all guests, especially larger groups staying together, to please refrain from talking in corridor/communal areas and to be careful not to let doors slam shut, respecting other guests staying. Similarly, because the cleaners' cupboard was outside our room, there was constant noise and staff gathering outside our room.This started quite early every morning.

Location was awesome. Walking distance from Gare du Nord and central Montmartre!!

Carpets are a little worn but other than that the room was comfy, great shower and lots of natural light.

I liked the location and the staff. I wish they would offer the guests ...at least coffee.

the bathroom - the graut in the tiles had stains - i wont call it mold but it could be.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they found me a spare adapter as I forgot mine and helped me find somewhere quiet to work in the hotel when my Eurostar was cancelled.

Excellent location right next to lots of cafes and restaurants and metro stations and also only a short stroll to Montmartre! The hotel staff were also fantastic and welcoming

Everywhere was clean, bed was comfortable, toiletries were high quality, room was serviced every day. We even got upgraded to a bigger room!

The location is fantastic - right on on a cute street with lots of restaurants and bars and walkable to so many sights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and I had space to store clothes and a good desk. I had a standard double room, which was good for me as 1 person, but I think would be very tight for 2 people.

The wifi was not strong in my room. I kept having to switch between wifi and cell service to use the internet. It was also pretty hot in the room even when I turned the heater all the way down (I hear this is common in Paris in the winter that buildings get very hot), so I had to have the window open often (in January).

Helpful staff Hotel was warm and cosy. Great location for visiting Montmartre area

Great location in Montmartre with restaurants, shops, nightlife right out the door of the hotel. The location was perfect. Also, the room was very clean and updated.

The room was quite small and lighting wasn't sufficient. I like to read and there was no light over or near the bed. You had to sit at the desk to read. The main light in the room was small and dim. Also, you had to unplug the light on the desk to heat water in the electric kettle.

This was my 4th time here and i love it. I visit Paris in January (my birthday) and always think to try a different place but it still makes me so happy!

Location, Location - you are in the middle of Montmartre close to restaurants, shopping and sights. Staff is excellent. Rooms are clean and bedding comfortable

Our family had rented two rooms, both were comfortable with excellent bedding. Only downside was a methane smell coming from our bathroom. We closed the drains and filled the tub and sink with some water, which did the trick. Breakfast is not served till 7am, which makes it a bit difficult to grab a bite if you have an early flight to catch.

Wonderful location and a welcoming staff in a perfect Montmartre location. Just a block and a half from the Blanche metro stop, steps from Rue des Abbesses with all of its wonderful restaurants. It is a perfect jumping off place for exploring Montmartre specifically and Paris more generally.

Room decor is dated and the bathroom is tiny. Showers are smaller than a phone booth; you can't put your elbows out if you're an average sized adult.

All great for sight seeing 45 min walk to all major attractions great hotel 2nd time staying

Disappointing

very small room, dingy, and no real outlets for tech.

The location is absolutely perfect, in the heart of Montmartre surrounded by (in my opinion) the best bakery’s Paris has to offer! Certainly the most authentic! And at the top of the hill several beautiful brasseries and bars! Just a superb area! The hotel staff were beyond friendly, especially one man whose name we didn’t catch, but was only on his third day of being new, and was more than fantastic and super helpful! The view from the room was gorgeous from the fourth floor, and the bed was incredibly comfortable!

The room was slightly too warm, but far better than being too cold!

Location, warm cosy atmosphere, friendly staff.

More storage facilities in rooms, such as coat hooks for hanging items.
