View of Notre Dame Cathedral, walkable location, unique interior decor, very friendly and helpful staff, cafes and cultural sights all close at hand. It was a fabulous experience in Paris.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Near Notre Dame, a metro station, a Toot Bus stop, and many restaurants and shops. The staff was excellent--courteous and helpful and the room was very clean. Loved being able to open the windows in our room (or sit in the lounge) and people watch.

The room was a little small and the hotel was less accessible than I had thought from the description (so maybe I misread something). I know that accessible is difficult in many places in Paris and the age of the building definitely did not lend itself to accessibility, but the main desk was up a full flight of stairs, so difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and answered all our questions.

OLD, very OLD , AC was not working, could not sleep.Brought it to the attention of the people in the office, they didn’t even care. Told me the place is old what did I expect.

Excellent location

No lift to hotel lobby. Visitors must haul luggage up a full flight of stairs.

Location. 4-5-6th Arrondisements were walkable. Views of the Notre Dame Cathedral from room and breakfast sala. Breakfast Christine was great as well as front desk staff.

Understandably that lifts were small as were retrofitted to old historic buildings that predate a lift.

Location next to Notre Dame Cathedral was fantastic. Lots of touristy restaurants in the nearby area.

The entry stairway to the hotel reception was quite narrow and a bit shabby.

Good location in regards to the view of Notre Dame. Easy metro access and quite a few restaurant choices within a block or two. Not Michelin star level food, but you won't starve. Decent amenities in the room, although real coffee would be a plus.

A lot of minor annoyances that add up.Housekeeping staff leaves stuff in the way. In front of the elevator (small space) which makes it hard to get in and out, as well as in the narrow hallway. The cherry on the cake was when we came back from dinner and the dirty laundry bags were piled at the bottom of the stair case leading to the lobby which is one flight of stairs up - there is no street level elevator. Not just a bag or two, but at least a dozen large bags. We had to climb over what would have been a half a dozen steps. Risk was minimal for us, but my mother would not have been able to do it.Shower temp. Hot then no more hot water. Always a good way to start the day.The Nescafe granules rather than a Nespresso machine.The room key HAS TO be left at the front desk. That used to be common but no longer in 2025. As a result you have to wait for your key while someone is checking in. Not necesssarily hotel fault, but very loud corner due to traffic and liberal use of horn. The main police station is just down the road and police sirens are omni present. So not a calm location by any means.

Location was great and had a nice view of Notre Dame

Bathroom in our room was extremely tiny. You couldn’t even stand up to shower. You had to squeeze into this tiny tub and try not to get stuck in it by the water spout that is right in the middle. We had to ration toilet paper. The room was cleaned every day with the bed being made and towels changed out but for some reason they never gave us toilet paper

Great location. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Elevator that actually works ! Attentive staff was very cordial.

These room needs luggage stand to get suitcases off the floor. A chair would be nice also. The ceiling is very low in lots of location, be careful to not hit your head ! The bathroom is very small but functional.

Great location in the heart of Paris.

Small/Intamate hotel with great views.

Excellent view of Notre Dame and close to all the restaurants and monuments. Worth returning to this great hotel.

Breakfast menu needs to include hot items. Continental breakfast.

This was a cool location with a great view of Notre Dame. The hotel is interesting, very old with spiral staircases. It is located on a very busy intersection and the windows don't really seal so we had fairly loud noise all night long in our room. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night and it was a Saturday night, so probably more noise than any other night. I wouldn't say don't stay here because the location is great and it is a cool building, just be prepared for some noise and an older building.

The location and the view, very near to the Notre Dame, near the RER B connection to the airport. The view of the rrom was the MUST. The breakfast was quite good too.

A long stairs in the entrance and the bathroom had bathtube, not a shower ecxatly.

Absolutely loved this boutique hotel. One of the best we stayed at. Very clean, very comfortable. The views were fantastic of the Notre Dame and the Seine River - thank you. The room was very clean and had many extras. Breakfast was beautiful - set up was lovely, views again were outstanding and the food delicious

No lift from street level to reception. Lift to floors after that were good

Minor complaint— there is a flight of 20 steps from street level to lobby. Concierge helped with our bags but note the elevator is lobby level — 20 stairs up. A little outside noise but expected when in the heart of everything
