We loved the style of the hotel and how central it was. The staff were super friendly and helpful while the hotel was modern and clean.

The spa could have had better facilities for changing etc. while the steam room was not producing steam/heat.

The staff was friendly and excellent with every request,especially the concierge. We loved the restaurant and especially loved the piano bar in the evening.

The only request we have is that it would be easier for us if we had a coffee/tea machine in the room.

Very friendly staff and beautiful design through out the entire hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very silent despite of the location. Excellent breakfast, and the spa were very nice too.

Disappointing

I was charged for the departure taxi twice, first on my bill, then the driver asked us to pay again. I didnt realise of this mistake, as I didnt get a copy of my bill on departure. I was also contacted after we left, as they tried to charge me an addtional EUR 200, claiming that we stole some items from the hotel... really?? we were travelling with a carry-on bags and a 1.5 years old baby, not sure we would be interested in taking anything from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Nolinski Paris.The location is perfect, close to everything. The room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. I really appreciated the attention to detail—for example, in the evening they prepare the bed for sleep and leave a small powder or herbal sachet to help you relax.The hotel also offers thoughtful extras, like a Dyson hair dryer upon request. On top of that, the spa and swimming pool make the experience even more special.Overall, an excellent hotel with great care for guest comfort.

Clean and fresh hotel and rooms with nice design. Great service and location. Quiet room (top floor) was a big plus. Breakfast was good, but pricey.

Daily cleaning was not done until late and was not done at all for one day of our stay. Turndown service and water bottle service was inconsistent - some days offered, others not.

Perfect location! You go out and immediately get into every important place in Paris. Nice spa, great attitude from personnel

The room was really clean and so beautiful. Great location with lots of attractions and restaurants nearby. Decent sized pool. Just a beautiful hotel to spend the time in Paris.

had a one bedroom suite. as very nice size comfortable nicely decorated and clean. Great service. turn down service every night was perfect.

only thing I would change is that there is no smart tv or netflix which could have helped in the morning for a cartoon for my son

Location is amazing, surrounded by supermarket, Japanese restaurants, coffee shops. 5 mins walk from opera de Paris, 10 mins walk to Lafayette Haussmann. all the staffs from hotel are super nice and helpful. nice cocktail in the bar, sauna and pool are designed with taste. overall super memorable experience. highly recommended

Theres clean lady came into the room while I was inside the room, and undressed. It was a bit embarrassing. Also theres no coffee machine inside the room neither boiler. if I understand correctly the coffee service is on demand and need to pay extra. but overall these are not the big problems for us. its still 10/10 experience for us.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Nolinski Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience fell far below expectations. The receptionist at check-in, Pierre Louis, was noticeably rude and unwelcoming, which left a poor first impression.The room itself was also in unacceptable condition — the carpet was dirty, the door didn’t open properly, and we had to replace our key cards within the first hour of checking in. Additionally, both the bathroom sink and shower were leaking, which made our stay even more uncomfortable.To make matters worse, it has now been over three weeks since our departure, and our deposit has still not been refunded. We have tried reaching out multiple times, but no one has responded.Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the standards we expected, and we would not recommend Nolinski to anyone looking to enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris — there are certainly better options available.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was wonderful traveling with a baby and having everything provided that we needed. The hotel and restaurant was so beautiful, it didn't seem like we had to downgrade the luxury to accommodate for our toddler. We had breakfast in bed every morning from room service and it was divine.
