The room and balcony were a good size, great location about 10min walk from the Louvre Museum, and great staff! They helped me with any and everything I may had questions about and then some.

I’m 6’3 190lbs and the room and shower was kind of small for me but it was still comfortable and a nice stay.

An amazing location for walking to 1, 2, 3, 4,and 9 arrondissement. Super friendly staff - felt like staying with friends. Really helpful suggestions.

The property is old and dated. Carpet worn and etc. If the staff wasn’t so kind and helpful I would have looked for another place.

Location is great. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating; I met the owner by chance who was very informative. Breakfast is in what once was the cellar, very warm and stuffy but it was clean and decorated beautifully. Food selections were limited, cafe au lait presented by server. I received a free breakfast as compensation, otherwise not worth the price IMO.

My reservation was for a higher floor with a balcony. I learned I'd be on the 5th floor and the elevator wasn't working. I walked up to my room and discovered the balcony was just a fire escape. To access you'd have to climb up 16" outside the window. The door on the mini-fridge fell off, so down I went to the lobby & asked for room on a lower floor. The owner moved me to, in my opinion, a better room and I received a discount. They were most accommodating despite the initial issues. Bed was ok BUT the one pillow was a ridiculous, flat oversized 18" square, difficult to adjust or fold. Uncomfortable.

The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Abundant free water was much appreciated.

For the price, I expect something more comfortable. No air conditioning so had to open windows with loud neighborhood. It made sleeping difficult.

The location was great, walking distance to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. The staff were always very friendly, smiley and helpful. Housekeeping was also very good.

The room was very small, I should have selected more carefully and the weather was very hot and humid for the first 3 days and there wasn't any air-condition in the room, just a fan. Also the sound isolation was very poor, the guests' noise in other rooms were all inside the room.

Loved the location, loved the bakery across the road, loved the cafe beside it. Loved being able to walk to the Louvre. Every staff person we spoke to was wonderful, friendly and informative.

With the windows open for air it was very noisy, the room and bathroom were a little tired.

Perfect location, clean rooms and lovely staff. Absolutely lovely experience for one night. Will be checking out availability for this specific hotel the next time I’m heading to Paris

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was just enough space and had amenities such as a fan and mini fridge.

The bathroom had a few minor imperfections upon arrival. It could use a little TLC but was okay for our short trip.

The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing and there are many great restaurants in the area. The rooms were tasteful and clean and the staff were amiable and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris.

Everything was perfect. Room was very clean. All of the staff was lovely. The location was perfect 5 min to opera, 10 min to louvre. Since it is very central you can access different metro lines very easily (30 min metro ride to orly airport without a transfer). Water service in the lobby was a lifesaver.

Room and bathroom very,very small. Balcony was a cage outside a window not a balcony. Extremely professional and lovely staff.

Rooms are pretty small, also the bathroom. The phonic isolation is really bad, you can hear everything that happens on the hallway, even the discussions of your neighbours.

We had a room with a sofa bed on the bottom level and two twins that were up a curling set of stairs. I slept on the sofa bed because I didn’t want to navigate the stairs and it was not comfortable. The bed was pretty squeaky. Very tight space with obvious mobility/accessibility limitations.Having said all that, check-in was a breeze, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating I would stay here again, but not in that particular room. Location was great.
