The room was comfortable enough for one person, everything was clean.

The neighbourhood doesn’t seem safe.

It was a lovely room and a great base to go exploring the city. The metro is about 5 minutes walk up the road. The area is lively and there are places within walking distance to eat. As the hotel is situated just off the main road, the noise level is low. The room itself is basic but well made up and clean. An Aircon unit was provided which was great to cool down at night. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a base to explore the city from.

The soundproofing is not 100% and you can hear other doors closing in the corridor. However it wasn't a huge issue and generally could sleep through the noise.

The latest check-in time at the hotel was 00:00-01:00. They contacted me via email whether I would check in at the hotel or not. I sent them an email and told them that I would be 1 hour late because there was traffic in Paris and some roads were blocked and construction was underway. I went at 02:05 after midnight. When I went to the hotel, there was no one at the reception. I knocked on the door and a gentleman came out who looked sleepy, when he got closer I could smell alcohol. I showed him my reservation and he said you don't have a reservation here, you're past the deadline. I explained that I was late because there was traffic. He said I don't care. I said I would leave a negative comment, he said I don't care. Very negative as a person. In the end, they didn't give me a room at the hotel, kicked me out and even kept my money, saying that I didn't show up at the hotel. very bad management.

Staff is good and friendly.

The location is shady, homeless people around, felt unsafe at night. The bathroom was stinking even after the cleaning crew just cleaned it. Wouldn’t recommend for solo female travellers.

The floor of the room and bathroom was very dirty, and the staff’s response to clean it was so delayed that I ended up cleaning it myself. It wasn’t until two days later that they finally cleaned it.The dirty socks of the previous guest were still left in the bathroom.The blankets were very dirty, and even the ones they brought as replacements were also very dirty.The hotel is located in a very crowded and unsafe area of the city.

Clean. Late check in. Close to 2-5 min Sacre Coer and Metro M 4 Station.Clean service every day.

Smell unpleasant from the bathroom, tiny room, tiny space for take a shower, not enough space for storage your clothes/ belongings if you have a longer stay. The hotel walls are so thin that you can hear each word from the neighbours and water from bathroom. Very noisy location, there are groups of people all day and night under your window chatting all the time.

Unclean rooms, mould in the bathroom ceiling corner from previous leak.Bed has a massive dip on the middle.Location a bit sketchy - especially at evening

did not like the location . me and my daughter did not feel safe out at night so stayed in, which was a shame.

The room was not very clean and no tea/coffee or water available in room. however the staff were very friendly and courteous.

Horrible. We moved out after the first night.

The hotel is dirty. From the entrance to the room, there’s laundry bags and all sort of things laying around. There’s a foul smell in the staircases.Finally, the room was also dirty, a door was broken, and the bed mattress was sloped. Impossible to sleep.

The room doesn’t match what’s advertised. The room itself was very dirty, clean bedding but outside of that dirty everything.Dust surrounding the bed, mold up the walls and around the window, mold in the bathroom, dirty shower and bathroom, floors very dirty.The water trickles out of the shower no power at all and the water would leak from the shower head vs spraying out. Was hard to wash with virtually no pressure. The bathroom door didn’t stay shut so it was just Constantly open and gave the room a weird smell very unpleasant. Mold up the sides of all the walls very off putting and not very healthy.The floors were dirty with dust and debris. Where some work has been done to re seal the skirtings the floor was covered in white paint/white seal.The tv remote was literally snapped in half so we couldn’t access the full menu at all.
