The hot tub was great!

The staff was not helpful. Would not call Emergency Services. And, tried to scam me.

The location was perfect for us. The breakfast was also very good with lots of choices. The staff was very helpfull.

We stayed in room 103. After using the shower there was water everywhere on the bathroom floor everytime we used it.

The location was decent and some of the staff were friendly.

The lobby is small with one small entrance. The elevators were tiny, the rooms were tiny, and the bathroom was so tiny. The room was hot even with the air turned down. Getting in and out the tub/shower was difficult and is a huge fall risk when wet.

Convenient location, quiet at night, staff was very friendly and efficient. Massages were good with fair pricing (for a Californian). Our room was upgraded to one with a tub, very comfortable with every amenity we needed. Best hotel stay in a long while.

Can’t think of much! We did not try the breakfast or room service and were there one night but no issues during that time.

The location is great, the rooms are a good size for central Paris and had everything needed. I especially enjoyed being able to cast to the TV.

The mattress was not very comfortable and the chair/cushions could use some refurbishment.

This was a perfect location for getting to all parts of Paris. I was able to walk everywhere. Then when I needed a taxi after a long day out, the price was always well within budget. The room was super cute; they have utilized the space in a way that was as comfortable as at any other 4-star hotel I have ever stayed at in the US. I knew that hotels in Paris can be small, but this room had everything I needed; safe, reading lights, closet and shelves for personal belongings and a large shower. I did not utilize the spa, but the breakfast was amazing, was able to get my regular black coffee as I drink in the US, which sometimes you can't find in France. The overall ambiance of the hotel was so enjoyable. I utilized the common sitting areas for reading multiple times. This space enables you to get out of the room if needed to enjoy relaxing with a drink, a good book or just some quiet time.

To be honest, there was not anything I did not like. Everything about this place made me feel welcomed. I was a lone female traveler on this trip and all the employees were so nice and attentive making me feel safe.

As we stayed 3 nights, maybe a bit of variety of breakfast fruits etc would have been good as it was exactly the same every day. Overall quality of breakfast good but expected a bit more choice given the standard of hotel. Breakfast staff really good and really helpful

From the moment we arrived the staff was pleasant and friendly. The hotel was clean and our room was set up just right. They had a bottle of champagne waiting on ice for us because I notated that it was my husband’s birthday. We really enjoyed the location! We enjoyed walking the streets of Paris, our location made it easier to sight see.

It was for us a completely worthwhile stay. Good breakfast, friendly staff and amazing room (bed, shower)

The location, breakfast was good.

Value for money is not good, Hotel is outdated.There was a problem in my room with the air conditioning command that fixed only after a day and two attempts.Also, there was a dripping of water from the bath, from time to time, even when the tap was close. Sadly for this price, even in the center of Paris, this is not a good option to pick.
