Hotel Mercure Paris Opera Faubourg Montmartre

The hotel was in a great location, with easy access to everywhere. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms every day.If I visit Paris again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The triple room was a little small, but everything else was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay here , great location with Metro and supermarket 5 mins walk. Plenty to do around hotel also. Lovely breakfast room and facilities, male server was very helpful.Nice room and super cosy beds and pillows , nice to have water in fridge.Neil and Benjamine both went over and about their role to support us with a few issues we had., they were superb.Highly recommend this hotel and in a great arrondissement of the 9th looking out on to The Follie Bergere theatre.

Rooms were very very warm for sleeping in.Kids bed needs a second pillow or some in wardrobe as extra.

Hotel is pretty close to Metro stations and so many restaurants around

Hotel neighbourhood does not feel safe to walk around at all! Also the receptionists are not always responsive! I was sick and I asked for teabag, he showed me the coffee capsules and pretend that he doesn’t know what teabag is!!!

We booked two double rooms for four people, including breakfast. However, upon check-out, we were charged 36 euros per room for breakfast. We were told that breakfast was charged for one room, but we had actually selected the breakfast-inclusive option, which left us disappointed.

We had a quiet room at the back. No view but no disturbance.

The location was unbeatable, there are so many good restaurants and wine bars right on your doorstep. A 15 minute walk from gare du nord, less than 5 minutes walk to multiple metro lines. It was excellent value for money. Comfortable beds and quiet.

Very friendly staff, lovely hotel room, clean, good location just a short walk to the metro. A lovely gift for Valentine’s Day was left in our room.
